Apartment vacation rentals in Rochester

Awesome place! We stayed for almost two weeks while a family member was at Saint Mary’s. It was so close, and saved us the stress and money of parking daily at the hospital. Britt was very responsive when I had a question, and provided clear instructions for checkin/out. Great experience, and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay in Rochester ! Great cozy place for few days or weeks. Has everything you need. Location is just perfect in front of Saint Marys Building. I would definitely come back here

Highly recommend this space and host. Clean and well organized upon arrival. Clear and detailed instructions for everything, along with local recommendations. The backyard is beautiful and we saw so much wildlife during our stay. Birds, otters, woodchucks, deer and more. Walking distance to quarry hill park which is lovely. There is a bus stop about a block down the road so it was easy to get around even when we didn't have our car for a couple days. The host was incredibly quick to respond and very kind.

If you are in Rochester for Mayo or anything else, this is THE place to stay. It was pristine, well-equipped and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. This is a close walk to Mayo facilities and was a welcomed respite to come home to. Well done on every level.

Under a mile Walk to Mayo building. Good location. Nice Airbnb. Comfy bed. Be aware there a stairs you have to climb to get in and out.

I stayed at Emily’s while receiving care and recovering from surgery at the Mayo Clinic. It was a great location to the gonda building and both st marys and Methodist hospital. The bedrooms were comfortable and had tvs which was such a nice aspect. Everything was clean, comfortable and as advertised. Emily was a gracious host and incredibly responsive. Close to other parts of Rochester as well outside of Mayo! But really wonderful place for my purposes.

Emily was an amazing host! Checked in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed.

Everything was really nice. Perfect location close to the National Volleyball Center. Only gripe was the bathroom was not fully renovated, floor tile was incomplete and shower tile was just painted over.

While here at Mayo it was a perfect location for me as it was close to the clinic. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. If I had to give a downfall it would only be that the parking, getting to the actual apartment could use a walkway of sorts as it's gravel (rocks). Would stay again. Host was great. Highly recommend.

The location is very convenient if you’re visiting Rochester for appointments at Mayo Clinic. It was a short walk to my appointments at the Gonda Building and there are many restaurants within walking distance too. Jackie was extremely helpful and responsive.

Brand new place with a piece of mind location. Very quiet, green areas, and sidewalks around the property. Great clubhouse, gym, and amenities. Host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. On-site team was just as good. Highly recommend it for those who want stay in calming place while getting things done in town or Mayo Clinic.

Very close to the Mayo campus and hospital. Elizabeth was proactive with her communication, very friendly and gave very clear instructions on parking and how to get into the house.

We stayed here because one of us had surgery at Mayo, so we didn't do things around town or use the walking trail, etc. Things we really liked in the rental: memory foam toppers on the beds made them super comfortable; plentiful outlets and USB ports that were easily accessible; well-stocked kitchen; comfortable double recliners; and a lift recliner that was a godsend after surgery. John was very responsive with a couple of issues, and was easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend this rental.

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment, and it was perfect for our week of appointments at Mayo Clinic. We walked to/from appointments at the Mayo/Gonda buildings as well as to local restaurants and parks.

Elizabeth was friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night and everything was good. I just had a little issue with the door and had to lock it from the inside because the key was giving me a hard time but it was manageable. the location is close to many areas which is great.

The accommodations where clean, comfortable and safe. The host was kind, helpful, and very communicative.

Our stay was very relaxing and stress free. Communication was prompt and helpful.

Nice, roomy upstairs suite. Very comfy bed and hot shower had plenty of water pressure (big plus for me). Full private kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer and coffee maker/instant coffee options. There was a glitch with housekeeping getting the room ready in time, but Sandy was instantly responsive and made things right. A+++ host.

Older community home with radiant heat. This place has the best water pressure and hot water shower I've used in decades. The home is perfectly located in an older part of rochester with diners and some cheap bars. it is also located within walking distance to high end amenities as well. Easy parking in the alley, seemed safe with some lighting. The other tenants were very quiet and respectful.

Had a wonderful stay! Clean, cozy and private. I was in town for 3 weeks while transitioning to a new job and the fact that I had a nice place to return to each day was such a relief. Great host, very responsive and he gave clear instructions on how to get in and out.

Great place. Clean and comfy! Had some special cookies for us when we got there and then some cookies for our pup when we left. Very sweet host!
