Comfortable and comfortable apartment! Great location with parking in front of the entrance...ideal for us with two girls we are always full of luggage!Easy and accurate communication! Absolutely recommended!

The host reached out to me for an eta and kept regular contact on our way to the house. We were shown our parking space and how to get around the town. The house was beautiful, spotless, and much nicer than the pictures revealed. Loved that there were two balconies on each side of the house so you could choose sun or no sun. Our friends went to the beach and we went to wineries, so it was a great location.

Great location. Easy to get too. Great boardwalk for walking, running and cycling. Wonderful sea view and balcony. 5 min via car to centre of town. Close to main streets and autostrata.

Modern house has all the comforts, clean and with easy parking nearby. A short walk from the center, you can walk everywhere in a 5-minute walk. Always friendly host and easy and flexible check-in. Great!

Cozy and clean house. It had everything you need for our stay. The outdoor space and the barbecue were very much appreciated. Emiliano is a very helpful host, he has provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay. This is our second stay in this house and we will definitely stay with him again.

What a find! This is a marvelous place to stay. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything was clean and well presented. The owners left a fruit bowl and a delicious cake for us in the kitchen, there was yogurt, juice and milk in the fridge. Lots of coffee options. Comfortable bed and linens. The bathroom was large and well appointed. We loved the view from the balcony y—just like in the pictures. The apartment is very conveniently located just steps from Corso Ovidio, the Main Street through the centro—just cross the street and go up the stairs and you are there!. Restaurants and bars are everywhere and the shopping is great. This was a very enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again!

A fantastic stay full of tranquility and nature. The accommodation is located exactly in front of the wolf area and at night you can also hear the howling from the inside. The place offers perfect privacy. The only ones in can be the climb at the entrance where it is easy to slide with the wheels if you have a low car and of course, being a place surrounded by greenery, some insects. Upon our arrival, however, we were greeted with a very well-stocked breakfast buffet. The value for money is absolutely noteworthy.

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️

We left for a solo weekend on the skis my dog and Francesca's house was perfect. Cozy,clean,very nice. Small details that make you feel at home. In the house you will find everything you need,even more than you need! Francesca really thinks of everything. When I arrived, I found bowls for my dog! One already full of water. And there were more awards for him next to the fireplace. I'm super satisfied with this weekend.

The accommodation is beautiful, exactly as described, a historic home,with typical and elegant decor. We felt like principles. Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact

the apartment is impeccably arranged, we slept in two couples (very comfortable sofa bed with mattress of at least 15 centimeters) and we had a great time. Surely the availability and kindness of the owner are the strengths. 50 meters from the facilities
