A perfect family destination in a lovely city of Pescara. Large family home by the sea (2 min walk) and within close walking distance of the town square and shopping district. Comfortable two-room apartment recently renovated in a gated building with a spacious atrium. It is located in front of the sea and pine forest, a few minutes from the center of Pescara. There are several bathing establishments, but also free beaches. Bus stop under the house, a supermarket 300 meters away, and a shopping mall with a cinema about 3 km away. Beachfront bike path and park road connecting Montesilvano with Pescara, great for motor activities such as jogging and long walks.

This luxurious wooden chalet is set in secluded five hectare gardens, with sweeping views to the Maiella mountain. Part of a small organic farm, thirty minutes from the Abruzzo International Airport, at Pescara. Relax by the swimming pool (May 15 to Oct. 15) and enjoy the serenity of this delightfully peaceful location.
