House vacation rentals in Rocca di Mezzo

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

where do we even begin? from the first moment we stepped inside the house, we felt at home, overwhelmed by an incredibly warm welcome from the host family. like we knew each other for years. no pictures can describe how beautiful this place is. and the main part of this beauty is LOVE the place is created with. top that with outstanding panoramic views, amazing nature scenery surrounding you everywhere you move inside the amazing garden. the pool is just something you never want to leave. I can go on and on, and on, but there's a limit for the review. we are out of the words, we are speechless, we are grateful we were lucky to have the experience that will stay in our hearts forever. big big big thanks to you! hope to say "chao" to you once again soon!

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

Kristina is an amazing host, the rate of response to any question is first class. The property itself is great with outstanding views! The pictures do not make justice to the view really, you never get bored of it from all side of the house. The 3rd bedroom is on the small side but fully functional, the swimming pool is really a splash pool (probably 5x2.5m) but perfect for a cool down in summer. There are quite a few public swimming pool around (the fiuggi golf pool is very recommended). The house is semi-detached but the neighbour (Ivanka & Luigi mentioned in the house manual) are very discreet if you want privacy but ready to help if any issue - the best of both world really! All round great rental & amazing host, thank you!

This was a beautiful part of Abruzzo to stay. It was close to everything and each day we saw something new. Daniel’s father, Gino was onsite twice a day to ensure the pool was in tip top shape. The highlight was being invited to share lunch with Gino & Theresa on our last day. An interesting event with neither of us speaking any of each other’s language. (Google translate prevailed) it was a beautiful lunch together.

The place is beautiful, intimate and immersed in the woods. Fabrizio is a very helpful person and a great connoisseur of the area. We had a great time and recommend it.

A beautiful experience! Olivia and Maurizio were impeccable homeowners: always available, friendly and ready to solve any need. We had a couple of small inconveniences, but they were resolved with extreme speed and professionalism. The house is really comfortable, furnished with care and equipped with every accessory you might want. The attention to detail and a desire to make guests feel comfortable is evident. Highly recommended for those looking for a pleasant and carefree stay!

Very good accommodation, well located but in ZTL, noted that you can't be parked downstairs to unload the car. However, free parking remains within walking distance, easy to find in low season (November). Well equipped, large Smart TV to watch Netflix. Recommended

we only stayed in this house for one night, we 7 friends. Everything was perfect, from communication to cleanliness. Roberto is truly a good person and very professional. We took a lot of meat in the village and thanks to the mega fireplace we had a nice braciolata. Thank you Roberto, we will definitely come back to see you

Perfect apartment, really tastefully furnished and very clean! In the upper part of Rocca di Mezzo it is very comfortable and in a quiet area. Also convenient for parking in the large square in front of the house. Perfect for a family. Claudio is an attentive guest, he suggested good places to eat and take snow walks. Thank you !

5-star review We spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve in a house that looked like it came out of a fairytale, immersed in the snow in the wonderful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. A real wedding favor, taken care of in every detail, cozy and perfectly inserted in the magical context of the village. The location was perfect for exploring two iconic places: Campo Imperatore and Rocca Calascio, where we took two spectacular trekking days, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. A special applause goes to the host, very kind, professional and always available, who made our stay even more pleasant. We will definitely be back and recommend this house to anyone who wants to live a unique experience between nature, history and relaxation.

Our stay was amazing. Mirco is an amazing host. Very communicative and kind. Helped us with everything we needed and put in the extra effort to make sure our stay is the best. The apartment is very clean and looks exactly like in the photos. It is a 3 story apartment with the kitchen(well equipped!) on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Each room has its own floor, there is one bathroom on the top floor so it’s very recommended for people who are not comfortable with stairs. The only downside is that the rooms are not separated by doors, and the privacy is not great. It’s okay but just to note. We really recommend the stay - affordable, great host, clean and thoughtful, feels like home! Thank you Mirco hope to see you again soon

Daniele is a helpful and kind host who cares about guests and the place is impeccable. We found a refreshment in this very hot August. Castel del Monte, Calascio, and Santo Stefano di Sessanio can be reached quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little house on the edge of Scanno Lake. The house is both comfortable and warm, with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, with basic food products. The bathroom is well appointed, including toilet, sink, bidet and a nice shower. The little extra: the washer with dryer, ideal for an extended stay. Also note the very efficient heating. We were particularly charmed by the breathtaking view of the lake from the upstairs bedroom, where a very comfortable queen bed was waiting for us. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Alessandra's welcome was most warm. She provided us with great tips and was available and responsive. In short, this house is a real gem that we recommend without hesitation.

The house is very warm, clean and tidy, the owner lives there nearby and was always very helpful and kind. I would be happy to return for a quiet weekend surrounded by nature.

This is a lovely little house over 2 floors in the middle of the Sulmona's historic centre, close to a number of bars, restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet location. Cantini di Biffi, very close by, is a particular favourite restaurant of mine! Sulmona is a beautiful town to stroll around, with a lot of history to discover, and close to the mountains for those who want to enjoy nature. The house itself is ideal for one or two, and the terrace on the top floor is perfect for enjoying an evening drink or a breakfast coffee. Everything in the house was clean and tidy, and the host, who met me at check in, was charming. As I had to do some work while I was there, the reliable Wi-Fi was a great boon. The only negative I can think of, although it didn't really bother me, was that the stairs are quite steep, which could be an issue for those with limited mobility.

The house was very comfortable and the host was very friendly. Would recommend.
