We had a lovely time. Doreen and Doug were extremely responsive and helpful even when the power unexpectedly went out during a storm. We would definitely come back the next time we are in Sechelt.

Firstly, Bowen Island is one of the most idyllic places I have visited. It only felt right to enjoy a stay in a cute garden cabin. It was exactly as described. Catherine was super helpful and the cabin was cute. The shared bathroom in the main home is clean with hand towels etc provided. The cabin is a short walk (15 mins) to Snug Cove, so if you are having a drink in the local pub you can wander back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot to relax and walk on the beach. Nice hikes around, and just a few minutes away from everything we needed. Place was spacious, views were fabulous, and the hot tub by the beach was great! Doreen was there to welcome us when we arrived later at night and we got to try her wine, or at least it was labeled that way!

James was a great host! Their location is walking distance from loads of trails and the coast. We visited on a rainy weekend and found the space to be super cozy to hang out and play games and music (we enjoyed the novelty of the records and playing the accordion and guitar). When the rain cleared we went for a beautiful long hike just outside their door. They were super warm and welcoming hosts and we loved getting to chat when we crossed paths but still felt a sense of total privacy in the suite. Would absolutely recommend the suite for anyone making a trip out to the sunshine coast. It was perfect for a winter getaway and I imagine even better in the summer with loads to do.

I had an amazing stay. Was only a few steps from the beautiful very quiet beach. Julie and her husband were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be returning:)

This was the perfect spot for me and my family to stay for a few days away in the new year. We were a full house of 5 and a dog but there was enough space, a lot of unique and wonderful amenities that made it extra special ( like the bathtub and sauna!) and it was a beautiful house. Clean and modern mixed with a cabin feel. We all loved it. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and it was the perfect place for us to unwind as a family after Christmas!

My right index finger would not have to put too much thought into hitting the reserve, make it 'hot' button the next time I'm in town. Easy decision. Thank you Shawn. Your place has a nature getaway feel to it, yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need and everything was functional. Comfy bed and couch with lots of sunlight to light the place up in the daytime. I'll be back.

great overall. john was very friendly and caring. he came and helped us right way when Netflix did not work and then stayed and chatted with us. we had everything we needed. Just one thing for me would be a softer mattress or topper. great location and private. we enjoyed our stay.

The Island Forest Retreat was so lovely. It was cozy and comfortable, in the trees-peaceful and so quiet. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a quick drive into Snug Harbour. The hosts stocked the kitchen with some breakfast supplies, which was so kind and Jennifer's warm treats in the morning were so good. I would totally recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Janice and Bill’s place was lovely! It felt like it was brand new (practically is). The beds are comfortable and the area is nice and quiet. The dog friendly touches were a bonus, and the kitchen well equipped and everything was easy to find. A short ride to a few mountain biking trails in the area, which was a huge plus for me. Would stay here again when we’re back on the coast!

Candice's place is exactly as described and was a wonderful place to stay! I spent 3 days on Bowen with my 3 boys and we loved exploring, hiking, etc and this was the perfect place to stay. She was quick to answer questions, checked in with us the evening we arrived, and the whole experience was great. And the views!!!! I would definitely recommend Candice and her home!

This place was great. My girlfriend and I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is a 10 minute drive to anything so it feels very central. The place had trivia and card games which was a nice surprise. In addition, the was very clean and we slept so well.

We very much enjoyed our visit. Quiet location with great view of ocean. A couple of good restaurants close by and lots of trails and parks within easy drive. Marion and Fred were great hosts. Suite was well equipped and very comfortable. We will definitely return.

The suite is very bright, tidy, and clean. There’s many kitchen supplies, cooking oil!, and we found the bed and duvet very comfortable. There’s a bus that goes to gibsons nearby and only a 3 min drive. The place is in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees. Would recommend!

By far, our favorite Airbnb! The surroundings were so peaceful, the place was immaculate and it was so so easy to accomplish what we set our trip to be about - relax! The house is secluded in the woods, yet just a short drive to anything one might need - from a grocery store, to Old Town Nanaimo, to wonderful trails to wander. The place also has absolutely everything you might need from BBQ, to laundry, to a great Braville espresso machine. If we are to come back, it sure will be at Bryan's place!

Gorgeous little seaside cottage. Exactly as described. Peaceful. Lovely. Cozy. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Residential area with a great cafe close by - within a healthy walking distance. Otherwise it’s all nature and gorgeous homes. There’s a beautiful waterfall hike just a short 7 minute drive away. Bed was cozy (I’m picky). We were very happy with our stay.

Classiest Air BnB we've ever stayed at. Cute fun surprises at every turn - color-coordinated kitchen touches, personal scrapbook with local recommendations. Very minimally and sweetly decorated. Great room-darkening automatic blinds in bedroom. We also stumbled upon Public Access to Westwood Lake trails just a block or two down on Kaz Court. Stunningly beautiful forests with a bridge over a little stream, almost deserted trails, very enjoyable. No family noise issues since it's a separate dwelling. Exceptional outside views from several of the carriage house windows.

One of the better experiences I’ve had. The place is awesome, Taddeo is a good human, the space was clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay while in Nanaimo this week. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like we were in the country and had complete privacy. It was very close to the fairy and all the things we wanted to see and do. The only downside is that it isn't big enough to bring our family back with us! Great stay, will definitely be back

Mike and Dilla:s place was perfect for our adventure to Halfmoon Bay. It's a beautifully updated cabin with everything you could ask for. Spotless private setting with a welcoming vibe. We'll be back.
