Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Roanoke County

Perfect place to stay and visit downtown Roanoke. So many delicious restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very at home. James had milk and butter there for me when I came. So I had the basics. It was clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was nicer than I expected and the price was great. James was very responsive when i contacted him. I would stay with James again. The neighborhood is unique. I love the green goat and RND.

We had a great time during our stay in Roanoke. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the location is great for exploring the city.

This is my favorite neighborhood in Roanoke, a quick walk to Grandin Rd amenities and very safe. I have family that lives in the area and was visiting. The space was clean and inviting with everything I needed to feel at home. It was great to have access to a washer/dryer and Brita filtered water. Communication with host was easy when I needed help figuring out how to increase the temperature.

Love Bobs properties. Linen is clean and soft , bathroom is superb. Great guy . Will stay every chance I get.

We had a great time in Roanoke! A unique place to stay and the communication with the host was great. Only downside was a decent amount of noise from upstairs neighbors early in the morning, but that didnt stop our group from having a great time!

Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, stores, etc. Just a few miles of I-81. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the fenced in, secluded back yard. Great for our dog to get some exercise.

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. The house is small and cozy. Perfect for 4 or 5 people. The neighborhood was quiet and had easy access to Roanoke. The kitchen had all that we needed. We appreciated the snacks left out to welcome us and check in was super easy. Anna responds quickly to any emails. The parking space is small but adequate for one vehicle. There are a few uneven steps up to the door so be careful as you arrive and go in. There are plenty of extra towels if needed in the laundry room and extra covers for the bed. We would recommend Anna's place!

Very clean and neat. Very responsive host. Beds were comfortable. We had a light snow while there and the host messaged to ensure we had no issues. Our group was not there to vacation so a safe location was the only real requirement (views and amenities not important). While it did not bother us at all, road noise could be heard from the inside of the house.

We wanted to find a nearby mountain for our new year vacation, and we also had to take our two puppies with us, so we chose Mr. Brandon’s home, which welcomes pets. I found that this choice was absolutely right . This house is exquisitely decorated. Sophisticated, very elegant and chic, the kitchen is not big but thoughtful, the bed, pillows and quilts are very comfortable and warm, seemed carefully designed and well selected. The mountains not far from Mr.Brandon’s home are majestic and the trail is natural and amazing . I really enjoyed the whole stay. Thank Mr. Brandon for his work and the gift of the mountain. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity.

Missy’s place was exactly as described—nice, cozy, and just like the pictures! She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. We felt so comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Allison was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is well kept well decorated and comfortable for our stay. Mariners point and her rental allows access to lots of social and sport activities making the stay that much more enjoyable. Access to 12 pickleball courts large workout facilities and indoor/outdoor pools.

We have stayed at Kathleen’s condo numerous times, and it is always perfect! The kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked, the bedding is comfortable, and the whole condo feels like home away from home. Kathleen is an attentive and friendly host. We look forward to going back!

Five times in and Matt/Krista’s place is a little slice of heaven. This gem at Smith Mountain Lake isn’t the biggest out there, but it’s ideal to get away for few days to rest and recuperate. The view is simply to die for and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back a 6th time!

Convenient, comfortable and great view. Chris was helpful, flexible, and very responsive. Visited during an epic cold spell and missed the full potential of the lake access which I would live to enjoy next time

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

The place is as pictured, comfy and clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend and stay again.

This was our second time staying at Angela’s place. Her home is very spacious, well-maintained and clean. We loved the easy access to nearby conveniences and the quick drive to Blacksburg. Angela was very responsive in our communications. We’ll stay here again in the future.
