David was very responsible and helpful during our 3nights stay. The pool was huge and clean and it was ready to use. Also dining area inside and outside was well organized, lighting for the backyard is also amazing! I highly recommend booking this place for your vacation! I would re-rent this place again. The rental was beautiful-clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. The only downside was the limited phone service and spotty WiFi, which made staying connected a bit challenging. Still, if you're looking to unplug and enjoy a cozy stay, this is a great spot!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Great home, very well stocked of everything you could need. Laundry cleaner, dishwasher tablets, plenty of towels and spare sheets. Levy was very responsive and a great host. thank you again!!

always love staying here! I especially like how private the location is and how check in is very flexible. we're usually on the road for 10 hours before we arrive and it's great peace of mind to know that we don't have to stress about getting there by a certain time to check in.

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

It was beautiful cute and cozy! Walkable to a lot of restaurants downtown.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Loved staying here in Downey , mark was very respectful and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely would stay again !

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

This place is great! The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and a perfect walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable! Basic necessities for kitchen and bathroom were provided. Extra towels, bedding fans, and heaters were also available to use. The kids enjoyed the boardgames. Audrey was very proactive and communicative when an issue with one of the trees on her property that posed a problem from a storm few days prior. She was trying to remedy the problem and even allowed us the option to stay at her property while I contact AirBNB customer support to assist with what our options were if we needed to relocate . unfortunately, Airbnb customer service had me on hold for 1hr before I hung up. Audrey was understanding and flexible with our situation and provided us the option to stay and even extended the time of check out. We highly recommend this property and host! Thanks Audrey!

To be honest Marianne made me feel like I was staying with family. She was very informative, helpful,friendly and very much invested in our comfort. Thank you for attention to the details that made our stay so memorable. I definitely recommend that if you are lucky enough to be selected by her that you run and book now!!!

The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and we felt right at home. We asked if we could drop off our luggage early to attend a college tour and Michael was able to accommodate our request and even made it possible for an early check in. Finally, we forgot our jackets in the closet and he called me right away to let me know. He will be helping us recover the jackets. Really appreciate how honest and responsive he has been.

Had an absolutely amazing time! If the opportunity presents itself, I will DEFINITELY be booking again!

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.

It was really nice and open and clean, looked under the beds and there was trash under it. Despite the little things, there was clean towels, clean bedding and the bunk beds there was a lot of space, i think it may be a queen size. It was decent price but the time we booked it i just wish the last room wasnt a bunk bed. It was in a really nice area. nice and private lots of parking. Communicating to the host was really easy and clearly communicated, how to gt there and get into the place
