Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Riverpoint

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

We stayed in this little house for a week while visiting our daughter in Columbia City. It is a very comfortable space with a fun kitchen remodel. We felt very much at home, and it fit our needs beautifully. It is near the hub of the little community which was nice and convenient. The only downside was that the weekends got a little noisier in the evening. It wasn't bad but was noticeable. We would love to return to this little gem for future visits.

Quiet and spacious place. We came for Thanksgiving weekend to visit our son. Short drive from the interstate and easy access to many restaurants and stores. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating meals.

We loved staying at Thao’s listing. The location was perfect. We will definitely return.

This home was immaculate and beautiful. Clearly an updated home that still has some original well designed architecture like the built in desks in 2 bedrooms as well as exposed beams and a beautiful fireplace that was likely originally wood burning but was updated to gas. The dining/living area has an amazing view of the lake. The master bedroom has a dream bathroom with rain shower head and heated toilet seat. The outdoor amenities were great including a hot tub and fire pit area right next to the water and ducks come visit while you soak. The owners live on site in the basement unit and are lovely. They are welcoming without being intrusive. Overall the house had everything you could think of and the hosts are great. Our group was already talking about another trip up just to spend exclusively at the property relaxing. Highly recommend.

Well appointed, clean outbuilding with enough privacy, and the fact that I could travel with my sweet doggie-dog, really made my trip awesome. Host is prompt on comms, too. This is my second stay here, and would do so again in a heartbeat. 🙏🏻

Excellent home, property is thoughtfully planned and well maintained. House was nicely staged for us, great attention to detail from cleaning crew. Owners were responsive and courteous. All amenities listed were present and functioning well. There was something for everyone in our group and we had a ton of fun. Loved using the hot tub and fire pit as the snow fell. Will book again for another reunion!

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

Enjoyed my stay at this cozy and inviting place. It was a perfect place to spend a few days in the Seattle area before picking up my son at UW. Katya communicated throughout the stay and was accommodating with my last minute request for a stay. It is a beautiful, walkable neighborhood (although hilly) and has a few local restaurants that we enjoyed. I definitely plan to return when I am in the area again.

Our apartment flooded and we needed a place to stay last minute. Lyla was so accommodating and was able to host us with same-day notice. We even extended our stay 1 night longer and she approved this in no time! She was very friendly and flexible with us, which we appreciated during our time of crisis. Laundry accessibility was also super helpful for our week-long stay. We appreciated Lyla and had a nice stay!

Such a great location couple blocks from Alki Beach! Great restaurants are close by in West Seattle and the ferry to downtown is only minutes away. The unit itself is comfortable with a good size living area, comfy bed, simple basic kitchen and outdoor patio area. Host Jay is great!

We came across this Airbnb while seeking lodging near Orchard Kitchen and it turned out to be the perfect little getaway for our purposes. A nighttime ferry ride thru the forest to our destination adjacent a log cabin house was a fun adventure. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cookies on the counter and a nice and warm space. With fireplace heated and wood themes throughout and a quaint rear deck with wooded views this place was very cozy. This Airbnb was very clean and comfortable and it even had a wonderfully comfortable zero gravity bed. Our host was most attentive and yet we had all the privacy we could ask for. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

What a gem of an Airbnb! Located just north of Lake Union, this top floor bnb was such a treat to stay in. The home it’s was gorgeous and inviting with its modern design and high ceilings and is so well built that each room is practically sound proof (we had our 5 month old with us and did not have to worry about noise from us or outside waking him). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to be back when visiting town again!

I booked this place for a book club retreat (group of 10 women) and we all loved it. It was the perfect setting - plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have alone time, enough seating in the living and dining areas that we all fit. Very private and serene setting. The kitchen was great to cook for a big crowd. The bedrooms were beautiful and really made the retreat feel extra special with the large beds and an ensuite bathroom for every room. (Other places we have stayed, a couple adults get the short end of the stick and have to sleep in a bunk bed, which is just not the vibe I'm going for.) We plan to come back here every year.

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

What a great place!!!!! We wanted a quick getaway place and this was exactly what we were looking for. My son had a lot fun in the indoor swimming pool as my friends, my wife and I sipped cocktails in the hot tub nearby and eventually we moved onto sauna to end the night. This is a 5 star facility better than a lot of the five star hotels, we got much more than we paid for. Super clean place, beautiful surroundings, our host Mike personally greeted us and gave us a tour of his beautiful house. We can't wait to be back summer time, wonder what's like to sit in the back yard with drinks in our hands and watch sun set. Thanks again Mike, you are a great host.

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, the location was great, it was close to downtown and surrounding areas and the house was wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are large with plenty of space and the open design for kitchen and family room was great to host Thanksgiving and also had a separate dining room. Additionally the hosting team was outstanding always polite and prompt in responding and assisting us and provided great service. The family really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house and when traveling to Seattle in the future would love to stay again.

Rita responded through the app up until we arrived and was always timely. After arrival we communicated via text and responses were almost immediate. She was pleasant, always understood what I meant, and responded clearly. Rita was a great host. The property is amazing. Six of us went for a pre-holiday get together in early December. We were pleasantly surprised by a big Christmas tree, lighted garlands and tasteful decorations. The house is big and beautiful. The dining table is gorgeous and seats eight comfortably. The fireplace is impressive, there was plenty of wood, and the seating area around it is spacious yet cozy, and comfortable. We spent most of our time there talking, laughing, watching the rain and the woods through the big windows and enjoying the fire. It's a great place. It's not cheap, but we divided up the cost and in the end we were all happy.

Paul and Marete's home was a great place for a family vacation with our adult sons. Comfortably and nicely furnished, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor spaces, close to Suncadia restaurants, golf, trails, etc. and it was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay in Suncadia very much- There was something for everyone in our group. We hope to be back! Thank you Paul & Meret for the excellent accommodations and communication!

Was a nice place right on the lake. Plenty of room. The hosts were very friendly and extremely responsive and very helpful. They even moved their own boat over so we could dock ours. All in all one of the best places we have stayed at.
