Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Riverdale

Matthew’s house was amazing and is very comfortable, I was in town for meetings and I was able to live and work like I was at home - cook my own meals, work at the 2 office spaces with monitors remotely, go for morning runs through the beautiful hilly neighborhood and say hello to all the deer. It is very quiet and conveniently located near Dunwoody and Sandy Springs. Easy to get around and a lot of easy shopping nearby. I definitely recommend it and will stay again when I have meetings at my office in Atlanta.

Stephanie's place was exactly as described, and she was an exceptional host to our international employees. She was very proactive with communication, flexible, and handled an issue (a direct result on our end) with ease and grace. We highly recommend her and her place. Thank you again!

Location was perfect for a weekend in Atlanta. Close enough to be close, but far enough away to avoid the heaviest traffic. The townhome was well kept, clean, and perfect for our family of 5. We appreciated the access to multiple streaming services, which made for a relaxing evening in. My ONLY gripe, and this doesn't impact the overall rating because it's personal: a lack of top sheets on the bed. I'm a millennial, and like having a top sheet. I am not used to sleeping right under the blanket on a bed. If I would have said something during the stay, I'm sure Nattalie would have worked to make it to my preference, but I didn't say anything, because it didn't really matter. Her communication throughout the stay was impeccable. I'm just splitting hairs. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

I’ve been using Air BNB for a few years now and this was definitely the best host I’ve had so far. Not because of the space itself but because she quickly opened up her home to us. We came down to ATL around 7am and kept ourselves busy until 3pm. Unfortunately the host we had originally stood us up after we were already there. Kelly Jo was recommended by Air BNB and within 1 hour she cleaned up the place and opened her home. This is a basement unit but more spacious than some apartments. The bathroom was so nice and the emerald green walk-in shower was amazing. Had a fridge and microwave and to large beds. Would definitely book again. Thank you for saving my Birthday.

Great location with walkable restaurants and not to mention Whole Foods is connected to the Penthouse. Unbelievable. The view is breathtaking..

Zakeus was a great host to book our stay with. The place was as advertised and the neighborhood is lively and much to do within walking distance. We visited Atlanta to go to six flags, but also had so much fun locally. This area is great for dog owners. There is a fenced dog park and piedmont park both within a few minutes walk. Thanx again Zakeus.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Private and with a great drive and view. The amenities were above and beyond and made me so grateful not to have stayed in a hotel. The attention to detail gives this place a 5 star. Highly recommend this for a family that needs a little kitchen and a beautiful view in a safe neighborhood. Host is very friendly and great with communication. I’m not sure if these amenities are available for everyone but we had coffee, waters, sweets, treats, tea, diff drink additives, restroom amenities, an excellent first aid kit, books and magazines, pen and paper for note taking. Ryan’ apartment is well located in midtown and with 15 mins walk distance to Georgia Tech. The apartment is clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

I planned my mothers 60th birthday here. We had family coming in from all over the country and this home was big and spacious. The host is lovely and attentive. The home is beautiful. And I LOVED the bathrooms. 10/10 would recommend. 🥳

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Thank You!

Rod's place was exceptional. The spacious, clean layout suited our group perfectly. Communication was effortless. Highlights included the game room, gym, and especially the outdoor heated pool - perfect for relaxation. The outdoor grilling area was a huge plus, allowing for enjoyable cookouts when weather permitted. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds added to our comfort. Convenient location and modern decor enhanced the experience. Rod's attention to detail made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a comfortable getaway with great outdoor amenities.

This is definitely a great space to entertain your family for the weekend. Very private! Unfortunately for me we booked in December. Too cold for me to enjoy the pool, though they do have the option to heat. Overall I was definitely satisfied
