We couldn't have chosen a better base for our walking weekend starting out on Offa's Dyke Path. We were 4 couples and Freckles the dog, each able to have an ensuite room with double bed. The kitchen accommodated us comfortably with a large table and most appliances doubled up making it easy to feed 8 hungry people. The lounge too was spacious and great for relaxing in after a hard day's walking. The house was lovely and warm which was just what we needed after a day of sun, wind, rain and hail! We treated ourselves to a meal out on the Saturday evening at The Piccadilly Inn which was one of several recommendations from Russ and the food we had was fantastic, as was the service. Russ is an excellent host, very communicative, very responsive, giving lots of detail and very helpful suggestions of places to visit. One of the best hosts I have encountered in fact! If we are in the area again we will definitely check to see if his place is free before looking at any other accommodation!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Michelle’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property is absolutely stunning, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It felt like a luxurious home away from home. Michelle was the perfect host warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having the best experience possible. Every detail from the cozy linens to the little welcome touches was so well thought out. The location is ideal offering both peace and privacy while still being conveniently close to everything. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled trip, this place is a dream. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a special Airbnb experience. Just spent a fantastic weekend celebrating my 50th birthday with friends at Penholm. It was the perfect venue for our needs. All bar one of the bedrooms has some sort of WC facilities en-suite, which was fantastic, even though the main bathroom would have been sufficient for the majority The kitchen was spacious, well stocked with cooking facilities, utensils, gadgets and crockery/glasses etc The hot tub was divine, a real sun trap too. The garden feels really private too. A great entertainment space. 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers means you can get that laundry done easily. 2 big fridge freezers means you can dedicate one just for drinks!! And the party room, how magnificent! I don't think a weekend was long enough tbh. There was so much to do, something for everyone. Good location for exploring the North Wales Coast, with a beach and local shops only a short walk away. Jason responded very quickly to every query I had and was always helpful. THANK YOU so much.

Nikhil's place was just as described. Spacious and comfortable beds and very good wifi connection throughout the four floors of the house. Joy whom we communicated with was very approachable, accessible, friendly and kind. I would stay here any day I am in Liverpool and highly recommend.

Cristian was highly responsive and got back within seconds of the request. We were going for the match in Liverpool and he allowed us to park right in front of his house. Prepared refreshments for us and was available when needed

Very nice property having recently been refurbished throughout. Very spacious. Very comfy sofa. Very nice TV. Very nice bathroom and shower But, best of all the responses to queries from the team were prompt and very helpful ! Highly recommended !
