Great place, perfect for our need for peace and quiet. Access to the beach couldn't be easier. Very close to amenities. Rithy is a great host, very friendly. We already want to come back! it was hard to leave this little paradise...

Excellent location! Centrally located in Rincon. Just as described, very clean and with everything you need. They even welcomed us with snacks and bottled water. We loved it.

Our stay was comfortable. 15 minute walk to supermarket. The beach is beautiful too, across the street. (Rocky but swimmable). Dinner at the Beach House (3 minute drive) was perfect for a sunset view and excellent food. The condo itself was a great place to sleep and was functional for a short stay. The owner provided start up basics (toiletries and incidentals). The air conditioning was excellent. The shower could be slightly warmer. The washer and dryer are an added benefit. The host was responsive and accommodating. We did experience some of the power outage however that was island wide. Driving was fairly straightforward and easy (drive slow). Narrow roads were plenty. We rented a car from the airport through Alamo which made exploring Rincon easy. Without a rental car, you’re rather limited. The condo was extremely quiet and safe as it is gated. The birds singing in the morning and thru the day were so beautiful. I would suggest this rental for a family of 4 .

We came here as a group of 3 (2 girls and 1 boy) for a post graduation trip and it was amazing. We loved the apartment that we had (#6) it was spacious enough for us to have a lil cooking party. The rooms were clean and cool. We really appreciated the ac units in each of the bedrooms as it got very hot and humid during the spring. Though I had initially thought the kitchen cooking utensils were slightly lacking, it did do the job for what we had planned to cook (pasta, toasts, eggs, etc.). We really loved the beachside restaurant’s view, food options (vegan options), and open roof deck. It was a great place to watch our first sunset at the property. The semi-private beach was our personal highlight of this stay. It was visited by the locals and other guests staying at nearby rentals but never felt overly crowded like the big beaches in San Juan feel at times. The property was located in a particularly safe area in which we could walk alongside the roads at night. Overall great stay.

Cute accommodations in a beautiful setting! Host was super responsive to questions and provided great recommendations for food, beaches, and shopping. We had a wonderful time here!!

The description and pictures accurately describe this unit. There is a micro beach across the road for relaxing in the shade, a slightly larger swimming beach a short walk away. Nice patio and outdoor shower to rinse off. The location is rural, but a short drive to restaurants. The grocery store in Anacosta was the best we found.

Comfortable space and in an excellent location, private and close to everything at once. You can sleep quietly and the space was clean. Thank you for the water bottles!

Everything was very clean, the bed was super comfortable

Our stay was great! The views were amazing! The house was exactly as described. We felt right at home. The outdoor living spaces were amazing. We spent 90 percent of our time at the house outside. The two walking distance beaches that are about 5 to 10 houses away in either direction were very enjoyable as well.

Cozy space, peaceful/tranquil neighborhood. Beautiful ocean and sunset view from the balcony. The house was spotless clean. The jacuzzi was 10/10. Host was very responsive, friendly and amiable. Theres’s a food truck near with exquisite sweets and treats and we definitely recommend a visit.

We loved our stay at Dujardin's property. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sunrise views over the valley from our bedroom and balcony was a daily highlight—a picture-perfect way to start the day. The pool was another standout feature.

Great place to stay, just like the pics and walkable distance to Rincon’s main restaurant/bars and beach. The place has parking so that is a plus. Is easy to find if you use google maps, do not use Waze because it will take you somewhere else. Overall a good experience and it was vey clean, would stay there again.

This was the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is close to everything in town, but also far enough up the hill for peaceful evenings with beautiful views. The apartment is very comfortable and private.
