Vittorio's house has everything you need to spend an excellent holiday, cozy house, as well as the owner, good location, nearby parking and places within walking distance.

Fabio showed us the villa in person, he gave us a warm welcome in Riccione. The villa it self is well located in Riccione. I would recommend the villa and also the services of Fabio.

The small agriturismo is beautifully situated in the hills of Mondavio. Our little house was a dream, very tasteful with beautiful views of the surrounding places. It is a perfect base for biking, seeing cities or going to the sea. Roberto & Tiziana are wonderful hosts, always easily accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back anytime!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Wow, wow wow!!! I hosted an intimate little retreat here and it was everything I could have wished for and more! The kitchen was fit for commercial use, and the chefs just loved it! The architecture and design was gorgeous and impeccable! Every single last detail exuded, love style and grace. There was a celebrity interior designer on the retreat and she absolutely fell in love with the place, which speaks volumes! To say that Kiara was supportive and accommodating, would be an epic understatement. She went above and beyond! I will admit it was a little tricky to find, and our visit occurred during a flood so the roads were rough to put it lightly. By the time I arrived, I wasn’t in the best mood on account of the journey there. And all of that melted away the second I entered this glorious villa. We felt like we were inside a painting the entire time. Oh, and the HOT TUB! Best I’ve ever been in! Followed by the sauna and in between dips in the pool- this place is a DREAM!

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)

Elisa's is an oasis of peace for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Beautiful view, warm welcome. Lost in the countryside, although the place is only about ten minutes away by car (indispensable) from the magnificent Urbino. At the owner's discretion, there is no wifi (for those who cannot skip the network, you can still get 4G), and the rooms are not air-conditioned (but Elisa has large fans). Small but well-maintained pool and located in a location from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. In short, rustic and comfort side by side. We'll be back.

Maria Cristina is one of, if not the most hospitable person I have ever met on my trips, easy to reach, fast to answer. We arrived late in the evening and she waited for us nonetheless to explain the basics. The fridge was supplied with the essentials and she had freshly baked a crostata for our family. We have a small child and her needs were accommodated accordingly. This on top of the fact her property is very nice, in a stunning location. Wholeheartedly recommend her house as a destination when traveling to/through Le Marche.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

Great villa! Location, pool, grounds and villa are a dream! Perfect for a holiday with two families. Communication was easy and everyone was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

Nice B and B in a good location

Fantastic and quiet location with a very large property. The house has a wonderful covered terrace. The proximity to the sea and the old town of Fano are perfect. There were only two of us in this house and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the stay. We want to spend the next vacation there again. Excellent communication with Nik and Lirim.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment in a beautiful setting. We would definitely recommend a visit. Pity we only had one night. Breakfast was an added bonus.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. A beautiful landscape. The location is unique with panoramic views incl. Sunrise and sunset. And Silke and Luca are the best hosts there are. We were welcomed with open arms and felt immediately comfortable. Both are always responsive. If I'm in the area again, Cal Torello is my first address!

we spent 10 magical days in the house. We walked and returned to the house like our quiet harbor, giving tired travelers peace and coolness in the shade of trees. By car we visited the local attractions and explored the beaches. Everything was great! We prefer to cook ourselves and everything was for this in the house. There is a new and large EuroSpin grocery store 5 min drive from the house. For more comfort, we lacked a dishwasher and microwave, but we knew that they were not there and were ready for it. Lots of different detergents and it makes it easy to keep the house clean. The house is clean and spacious and has 2 terraces, there is an opportunity to make a barbecue, which we enjoyed doing. The pool is 20 steps from the house and this is a big plus. Dear Titti E Vito, thank you more for this opportunity to spend our vacation in your home. We no doubt recommend staying here for everyone.
