Vacation rentals with lake access in Richibucto River

The house is very welcoming and feels like home right away. We had everything we needed. Very quiet setting, beautiful walks on the beach. Beautiful well kept yard was actually mowed twice while we were there. The house is modern and very well decorated. We absolutely loved it.

The place was everything needed for a peaceful stay. It was clean, peaceful and welcoming. The hot tub was perfect for a chilly fall evening with beautiful views of the water and moon. We had absolutely no issues and were welcomed with a bottle of wine after a long work week! Thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality! We look forward to booking this place again.

We had a wonderful stay, one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever been to. The host was very attentive, respectful and proactive, he shared the list of things to do nearby which was very helpful. I will definitely come again!

Thank you Michelle for letting us stay in your beautiful place in Shediac! It was exactly as described and pictures, and more well stocked than any AirBnB I’ve ever been to. Michelle was so helpful before and during our stay, providing places to go, restaurants according to our tastes, and even an offer of a local babysitter should we want to go out without kiddos! Beds were comfy, cottage was beautiful and private, right on the water, as advertised. Kids loved searching for crabs on the beach and canoeing, although beach is better for boating and running around than swimming. Scenery is beautiful, campfire well stocked and well set up. Lots of BBQ tools available. Home is. 5min drive to downtown Shediac with lots of cute restaurants, and Shediac is within a reasonable drive to lots of lovely places (Hopewell Rocks, PEI, La Dune de Bouctouche, Parlee Beach, Moncton with the tidal bore and Magnetic Hill, etc.) Would recommend Michelle’s place without hesitation!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this place. It was great. We are going to come back to this place more than once and will recommend it to all our friends!

We sat around the outdoor fire pit, sipping hot chocolate while the snow gently fell across the beautifully lit spruce filled lot. We soaked in the hot tub, sipped wine under the silent night sky, and listened to the cracking and popping of the freezing river below us, vocalizing one of the coldest nights of the year has arrived. We had long evening chats in the cozy living room lit by nothing more than the flickering flame of the warm wood stove. We prepared a full chicken dinner and ate in the festive glow of the Christmas lights garnishing the water-side windows. We sipped our morning brews, looking through to our long view of the river…the sort Joni wished she had to skate away on. The kitchen was well equipped, the cabin clean, the communication quick…all the essential ingredients to a lasting experience were well taken care of. For us and our pup, the retreat gave rise to a wonderful wintery escape. The accommodations and the kind care of the hosts was first-rate.

Corrine’s town home was just lovely. Perfect walking location for restaurants and bars in downtown Moncton. The Avenir center is very close by. The unit was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a hidden gem. The apartment is absolutely spotless, well decorated, and comfortable. No detail was overlooked and it sure seems like it was recently renovated. Annette was awesome. She even ran a cord so I could plug in my diesel truck in the bitter cold so it would start again. Now that's thoughtful! I was there for an ATV-ING event in the area and it just so happens that the ATV trail was less than 1km away. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. This first floor apartment is perfect for a couple. Recently renovated, its appliances, furnitures and several other items are new. It is well decorated and extremely cozy. In short, the unit is as seen in the photos (the description indicates a 2 floor apartment; it is however on 1 floor). Parking is easy with spots available on the property. The outside large gazebo is a definite plus (the view of the adjacent lake is however very limited). Communication with our hosts was easy. We definitely recommend this property.

Francis’ place was amazing. The view was incredible, the place was clean and spacious, and furnishings were beautiful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our third stay at Michel’s Square Lake property, which says something by itself. Love the location, privacy, and view.

Lovely location, right on the beach. Had a very beach hut feel, which suited the area. We did lose the water as the pump stopped working, but nothing could be done as it was a Saturday night and plumber couldn’t come till the following day. These things happen and although we couldn’t leave the house as perfect as we would have liked, it wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and so easy to find what we needed. The hosts were amazing and always quick to reply . I highly recommend this place to sit back enjoy the view and relax. Thank you for taking such pride in your home.

This is my 3rd year renting this lovely cottage from Denise. The cottage is clean, comfortable & well equipped. The screened in porch is my favorite space but the mini split (AC) was very appreciated given the super hot temps for part of my stay. Denise is very attentive & responds quickly to any inquiry. I have family nearby & so the location was ideal. Highly recommend! This place is a gem.

We didn't want to leave!! From the moment we walked into Joanne's cottage we felt comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great TV selection and the sunroom was the best addition! We spent most of our time in the sunroom or on the back deck. The peace and tranquility of the property really makes you feel calm and serene. The only sounds were the birds, trees rustling in the wind and the water in creek. Super close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had the best relaxing weekend and can't wait to return!
