Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

We were welcomed very warmly and friendly upon arrival by Paola. Thanks again to Paola. The apartment is centrally located. The beach and many restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The old town of Rimini and the train station are also a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Endless room for luggage. Contacts before and after departure were always answered very quickly and reliably. La Casina dei Fichi is therefore highly recommended.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

The apartment captivates with its central location and the spectacular views from the highest building in the city. We felt right at home due to the homely furnishings and had a very nice time here. Plus: enough space in cabinets for our clothes, espresso jugs of all sizes, fans everywhere and lots of usable food; there were even umbrellas and umbrellas! Small minus: The train station noise is uncomfortable especially at night in summer. If you are traveling with small children like us, you have to put a lot up from the shelves 😅 Highly recommended overall!

My group of friends (19 people) and I had the pleasure of spending New Year's Eve and the following days at Christian's home. Although we were on average 20-year-olds, they trusted us by quietly entrusting us with the apartment (which is not a given). The apartment is large and cozy, but the strong point is the garden, large and with a beautiful view. If we have the opportunity, we will be very happy to return to be guests of Christian and his family.

A modern kitchen is highlighted by light-colored cabinetry and a sleek countertop. A dining table with white chairs is positioned in the center. A window allows natural light to fill the space, and under-cabinet lighting provides additional illumination.

The apartment, recently tastefully renovated, is spacious, very clean and equipped with every comfort: from washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine air conditioners (with pods), dishes, towels and sheets at will. The outdoor space is practical and equipped (sofas, barbecue and also a table with children's chairs). It is a 5-minute walk from the sea (the 132 bathroom recommended by the owner is actually very valid) and the nearest supermarket. Giorgia, the owner, was very efficient, helpful and responsive. Great experience, also recommended for those who, like us, have children.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)

We stayed in Luca's apartment for four nights in August and were extremely satisfied with our choice. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, which we really appreciated. The overall comfort was great, with comfortable beds and everything you need to feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is in a quiet area, slightly isolated, but we had no problem reaching the center thanks to the rental scooters available nearby and the convenience of having the car available. The amenities provided were exactly as described in the listing, with no negative surprises. Luca and Ramona's welcome was warm and we immediately felt at home. In addition, Luca and Ramona were always available and ready to assist us for any need during the stay. We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy.
