It all worked out... we were rather spontaneous for a short trip in the area & it worked out wonderfully with the independent check-in, although we really arrived at the accommodation very late. I can also imagine that on warmer days (in summer) with the garden on site & the surroundings - with the vineyards, the restaurants and the history everywhere, definitely invites you to explore! Best regards from the Bay of Cologne!

The house offers a unique view over Bad Ems, from the house the nearest shopping (REWE) can be reached in 3 minutes by car. Particularly practical is the use of the two garages in front of the house, the cars are safe and protected and the road remains free. The house itself corresponds to the description and the pictures shown. Spacious spaces that are simple but with love. The kitchen can accommodate 10 people. Kitchen utensils are sufficiently available and oriented to the possible number of 10 people. Cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available for two meals. Dishwasher for cleaning is sufficiently large and tabs are provided by the landlords. Living room offers a beautiful view over Bad Ems, an armchair more would be desirable. Sauna and pool complete the stay, both are in very good condition and the service is light and very well described in the guest book. Cleanliness very good

Despite the fact that we booked very spontaneously, everything went smoothly. This house is just amazing and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything very modern and really very very clean, you can play switch here, darts, foosball/billiards, table tennis and community games, so something for everyone. The jacuzzi and sauna are just perfect for relaxing and on cold days. The fully equipped kitchen, which includes everything you need ( even spices, oil, coffee, sugar, flour, etc.) , just more than great! The communication with the hosts is very friendly, courteous and answer any question. The neighborhood was very friendly and the area is very quiet. There is also a Norma and a hit nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

The space was great! The old building from 1890 with high ceilings and stylish interior has a lot of charm. The location is great. Only 3 minutes to Mainz-Kastel train station and yet very quiet. You can quickly get to Frankfurt, Mainz or Wiesbaden, and the Rhine promenade is just a short walk away. The hostess was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. An all-round successful stay – highly recommended!

There were two of us in the old mill at the beginning of September and had a very nice weekend with Jürgen and Claudia. Both are super friendly, flexible and helpful. The apartment is clean and lovingly designed. The entire property is well maintained and we felt very comfortable right away. The garden with its own pond, the sauna and the relaxation area were fantastic. The apartment is on two floors and is even suitable for more than two people. Very good beds, a great bathroom and the sauna area are real highlights. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer... ...So we look forward to next time.

Reimund is a very nice and interesting person. I stayed 5 days at his house to explore the region which is very beautiful and is plenty of wonderful places to visit. The house has a cosy terrace to eat, to read or simply to rest and it is very well situated: in the middle of the Rhine and the Moselle valleys. So every day you can taste a little bit of one or another depending on your humor ;-)) I have felt at home. I highly recommend it!

The building doesn't live up to the appartment. The appartment is so cozy and charming. The con is that the appartment is in the top floor, doesn't have elevator so don't go with big and heavy luggage. The appartment was clean and it is really in the downtown, easily walkable to any place. Me and my wife stayed 20 days, if necessary probably would back.

This home makes you feel like home. Everything is clean, lovingly decorated. It starts with a warm welcome and the good feeling stays there throughout the stay. I had a great night's sleep and enjoyed the atmosphere in the apartment. Also the residential area is quite nice It all fits, and it still fits for a sensational price. I'd love to come back!
