Great location. It’s central, near busy areas, but somehow quiet and feels safe. Although the building is old, everything in the apartment, e.g. kitchen and shower, functions fine. On one weekend, the elevator stopped working; this kind of small trouble is to be expected given the affordable pricing. Dunja was kind to me even though I communicated in my very poor German.

I am often in Mainz and Wiesbaden for work and am always looking for an uncomplicated, well-equipped place to stay. It worked out great here. The room is superbly furnished, the bathroom is spacious. Check-in was easy and the description was detailed.

Recommended. Friendly and attentive hosts, good communication. Clear instructions, I will definitely return.

Tim's place is excellent. The bedroom is spacious with good bed and TV. Yoga mat and some weights were really handy. Kitchen was equipped with every needed utensil. Floor heating was really nice. Tim was very responsive. This is on third floor with working elevator (Tip: Press down at ground floor to go up :) ). Building is very quite and walking distance to city center. Bathroom was fitted with Washing machine (some odd smell in washroom which i guess is building problem). Overall excellent property, would for sure be coming back to stay here again :)

Nice clean place to stay. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. The communication worked very well. The train station is a few minutes' walk away. You don't hear trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting at the two of us. We felt very comfortable.

We had the accommodation for 4 of our colleagues, who are on Mondays. You felt right at home. Therefore, immediately rebooked the following week. Our colleagues are thrilled and can only recommend the accommodation. Many thanks for this Norbert.

Really nice place! Looked good and had everything you need. It is easy to get to and from there you can go anywhere you need in the beautifull area. I enjoyed the stay! Communication with Anna was also quick and with complete instructions.

A great place! Super cozy, clean and in order. We felt very comfortable in a few minutes! The area is really beautiful, I think in any time of year it is recommended! The kitchen and bathroom have been well equipped. The living room has enough space and the extra gym could be used superbly! Communication with the hosts went smoothly, getting a really super quick response. Highly recommend, one of the most beautiful places we've had so far!

Nice villa same as the photos, you can find all required facilities for families, I highly recommend it.

The property is very nice and (except for the master bathroom) newly renovated. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and also a high chair and cot for our daughter were available. There was also plenty of room for 8 people. 4 relatively spacious bedrooms with a double bed - even with a small closet, the living and dining room also had enough space for everyone. There are 2 bathrooms. A full-fledged on the first floor and an extra toilet with sink on the ground floor - but there is also another shower in the basement, in case it gets scarce with 8 people. There are very nice hiking and walking trails in the area. The hostess is super nice and quick in communication. Clear recommendation!

For me, it was the first Airbnb visit and booking and I am more than satisfied. In advance, a super nice and pleasant communication, which has already given me a certain anticipation. Then very courteous and helpful with minor problems, extra parking space organized for my car, my smaller special gifts were filled directly, etc. All in all a successful stay and I would book with her again immediately if I were in this area. Sparkling clean accommodation! Kitchen is tip top equipped and the beds were comfortable. Shopping easily accessible by car. Clear recommendation.
