Beautiful townhome. There was plenty of space for us and the grandkids to come visit. The location was perfect. Working with Lynsi was easy. She gave us detailed instructions for both arrival and check out protocols. She gave us a great list of things to do while in town and some favorite places to eat as well. She was friendly from start to finish. Everything we needed was there for us to use. She even upgraded our townhome for us without an extra charge. Thank you Lynsi for the wonderful stay!!! We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The place itself was spotless and really well maintained. It had all the essentials we could’ve asked for, which made our stay super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Even though the location is remote it is well worth the drive. We took the advice and made sure we had everything we needed for our brief stay and were extremely comfortable! Thank you for a beautiful sunset and a great nights sleep!

I had a fantastic experience renting this home! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely rent this home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Enjoyed a short stay, place was clean and comfortable, easy to get to, and had all we needed, decor very current simple and clean.

Our stay was very comfortable! We were close to family and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with items for meals and serving. Lyn was great at communicating with us, welcoming us and providing us with local recommendations. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable.

This stay is highly recommended. I’ve done a lot of traveling in my day, and this was hands down one of the nicest, easiest accessible, clean and beautiful homes I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Not only were they available DAY OF, but Lyn and her people were beyond helpful. Between sending out activities around the home, and coupons for free deserts, and just being there for you, They made it a pleasure to stay there and if I ever find myself back in rexburg, I will make sure it is with them! Beautiful home, area, and town, HIGHLY recommend!

My girls and I have stayed at Raspberry Gardens many times and it’s always a good experience. The spaces are well decorated, modern, and the comfy king sized beds can’t be beat. Thanks Lyn!

We visited for a weekend wedding and picked this place for it's great location and family friendly size. That allowed us to stop in and rest between activities. This place was beautiful, clean and perfectly designed for this kind of weekend. We loved the Industrial -like feeling and finishes. Mandy and Mitch responded to all of my questions faster that I could get to the phone :))) and that meant absolutely the world to me. Pricing was fair and amenities were fantastic. Not sure when of I will ever be back to Idaho Falls but his penthouse will definitely be on my radar. Thank you Mandy and Mitch for hosting us.

a nice place to stay. I'm was well kept.

We needed a place to stay for a month, and on short notice, and Ben went the extra mile to deep clean his basement apartment for us to live in, even though we had originally booked to live in his backyard trailer. For that I will forever be grateful. The place was as-described in the listing, and was clean and warm. It’s a converted basement, but there’s central heating that controls a gas fireplace, so we were comfortable. All the furnishings and decorations were Coca-Cola or camp/wildlife themed, which I thought was kinda funny and cute. The location is convenient, it’s just one block from Sunnyside Road, and takes 15 minutes to drive to downtown Idaho Falls. Ben always announced ahead of time by call or text when he was going to come fix something, and otherwise he didn’t bother us. Actually we bothered him a few times, and he was pretty gracious about it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Raspberry Gardens Luxury Suites. It was really clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was simple, and Lyn was very detailed and communicated well. We look forward to staying there in the future while visiting our kids at BYU-I.

Lyn's place was absolutely perfect for our time in Rexburg getting our freshman son settled into his place at BYU-I. The suite is cozy and well-appointed, and the beds are beyond comfortable. Everything about the place made us feel right at home from the easy riser stairs going up to our 2nd floor suite to the super plush towels and bedding. Finally, the location is very convenient to everything in Rexburg.
