One king & one queen memory foam beds in separate bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom with bath tub. The sofa in the living room also converts to a full size bed. Enjoy the yard, hot-tub & outdoor patio w/ fire pit.

This apartment is older and outdated but still a great place due to its location, price, and amenities. The free Sandbar Swim Park and Riverwalk is just a minute walk away. We provide kayaks, beach towels, and beach toys for our guests. Great place for 2-4 guests - could fit up to 6 if you cram in and use the air mattress. (Sandbar swim area usually opens late June!)

I've stayed at Paul's numerous times and have never been disappointed. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable and right at home. The setting overlooking the river is peaceful and serene with great opportunities for wildlife viewing. Paul is a great host and is very responsive and helpful. Can't wait to return!

We were in town for a funeral. House was very comfortable and gave us a wonderful place to relax during a stressful time. My elderly mother had a medical emergency while we were there. Kara checked in with us right away, and was incredibly kind and helpful. Grateful for an amazing host, and wonderful home.

Super cute & CLEAN new house in a quaint & charming & quiet neighborhood. This house was immaculate & comfortable. Cute decor, nice appliances & comfy, stylish new furniture was a plus! Only a short walk to downtown Rexburg made it convenient to grab anything we needed at stores or restaurants. Hands-down, I would rate this Airbnb a solid 5 ⭐️ ‘s & highly recommend staying here. The quality accommodations & comfort far exceeds any local hotel option available & is well worth the cost. We will most definitely stay here again in the near future & look forward to doing so.

The Reading Sanctuary was PERFECT for our girls getaway weekend! We escaped our husbands and kiddos to spend time together, relax, be creative, and cook and bake. The kitchen was more than well stocked - even compared to my own kitchen! Had everything you needed to stay in, was very clean and very comfortable. There was even a friendly neighborhood cat who came to visit us! We might make an annual trip back, we had such a lovely time! Idaho Falls is also really cute, has everything you need and a great thrifting/antiquing scene - we found many treasures.
