The apartment was very clean and picked up and was just like the pictures. The area is quiet and very convenient to visit the main attractions as it was easy to find also for Uber service. Highly recommended for group stays.

The house and the gardens are beautiful and very well cared for. Lots of details in the house made my stay out of the most enjoyable. Silence and good air contributed greatly to my well-being. Christian was a very kind and considerate host. I arrange with Christian in advance to receive three meals a day. Christian is an excellent cook and prepared me delicious and nutritious meals, he specializes in Ayurveda cuisine. I recommend the place and Christian highly. I hope to return.

This place was amazing, with easy access, a great location pretty close to everything you need, the supermarket the downtown plaza. The house was amazing pretty spacious and just exactly as the pictures, the garden was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax have a good time and enjoy some time off. The host was responsive and accessible highly recommend. TY

Casa Azul is simply lovely. A cozy home with all the details perfectly cared for. The internet is fast and the TVs work great. Highlight the beautiful deck, ideal for enjoying the perfect climate and the beautiful garden full of birds in the area. The location is excellent, close to the airport and Llanogrande, although it is important to have a car to get around. We rent a van for the week, but Luz Mónica also gave us the contact of some super reliable taxis. All rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. A wonderful experience, we definitely recommend it.

The apartment is spectacular, apart from the great cleanliness, and the excellent equipment of the apartment, the view towards the city is impressive, also noteworthy the location is fantastic to go to the best populated areas (restaurants, shopping centers, bars)

Andres is a very gracious host, communicated well and the apartment was as described. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is perfectly walkable with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafes. One surprise that was absolutely welcome is the 24/7 doorman/security that added a great layer of safety. This was a great value for money and I can't stress enought that it's the perfect location is you are visiting the Poblado and Provenza areas.

My husband and I only stayed here two nights but I could easily see this being a great long term rental. The building has a pool, small gym, and co-working space. The view from the balcony was great and you can sleep with the doors open which was really nice, however there are blackout curtains if you need them. It’s in Poblado so there are going to be a lot of hills. We walked everywhere since things are close and the neighborhood is nice, but Ubers are easily available. The hosts were nice and very communicative. We didn’t need them for anything since our stay was so short but they would definitely be available if you ran into issues.

The best airbnb in urban studio. Conrad provides extra towels for the pool and extra snacks that no other Airbnb host does ! This is what a standout host should be. And This is the 2nd time I stayed in this unit. Will continue to book this unit!

It is a very cozy apartment and with everything you need for a stay like in your own home, it has all the services mentioned in addition to being in a sector of a lot of commerce where it is also easy to find what you need at any time. Access is very easy and the apartment has a spectacular view
