I had an incredible stay at Theodosia apartment! The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. The place itself was clean and located in a great area with a beautiful view. I recommend this spot for a great experience and good value for the money!

The communication between us and emmanouela was always quick and easy. We felt really comfortable and relaxt in the big and real clean Room. The beach is extrem large and the sea is great for swimming. In the same bulding you have a real good restaurant, greetings to Christos and his nice familiy. The City is not far away and the Taxis are not expensive. We recommend this Place to other guests and we hope to come back one Day.

Already in advance, Emmanuel and Yannis provided us with great information for the area. Very unobtrusive and super well organized. Someone was always available and had great suggestions for our individual vacation wishes (diving courses, Beaches, restaurants, rental cars, taxi from the airport). We arrived and the apartment corresponded perfectly to the descriptions, everything was there, great terrace with sea view, clean and nice bathroom, working air conditioning, cleaning worked out great, everything you need on summer vacation. The entire complex was just renovated. All houses freshly painted, a new pool, new loungers/umbrellas, great! A rather quiet location, but the combination of tranquility, a nice tavern, pool and beach in less than 100 meters radius with permanent great sea views is wonderful. A rental car to explore the west part of the island (great beaches, Chania town) makes a lot of sense. We enjoyed the holiday very much!

After my plane was delayed, Maria was very accommodating and met me after midnight to let me in!

Dimitris was so so helpful. so close to the airport, so the location is great for that but not if you’re looking for some food/things to do. room was gorgeous and greek & the breakfast was beautiful too. thank you thank you!

We were absolutely positively surprised. A total of only 12 rooms, with our room on the 1st floor offering a fantastic view over the entire bay. We could even watch sunrises. The pool is very clean, sunbeds and umbrellas were sufficient. It is very quiet, no traffic noise or loud bars in the immediate vicinity... yet plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, souvenir shops within walking distance. There is a Bimmelbahn, which also travels to the harbor and other beaches. In the small cozy bar, the absolutely lovely and attentive owner stands personally behind the counter and has spoiled us with homemade cocktails. Highly recommend👍👍👍 The only drawback: too few storage options for clothes and suitcases. Since we only stayed there for 4 nights, we were happy to accept it. We would definitely book there again👌🫶👍

Nice suite inside a hotel. Nearby parking and walkable to plenty of shopping and restaurants and beaches - all that Rethymno has to offer. Coffee and light breakfast in the lobby was a nice touch in the morning.

We had a great stay . Aslanidis gave us some great recommendations for dinner and also organised a driver for us for a day trip . The accomodation was lovely and well located . Easy walk to bars and restaurants . Loved it

Very nice accommodation, beautiful view , spacious room. Simple equipment but enough to cook and breakfasts . Good bedding. We enjoyed the direct access to the small beach as well as the beautiful pool . Only downside: non-potable tap water and some plane noises in the evening .

Utopia Luxury Suites, The property was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was easy, and Maria was very responsive. Perfect for a relaxing stay—would definitely book again!

"The best! I will never choose another place in Crete, and I've seen a lot! It is stylish and cozy with very spacious rooms. All studios have their own unique architecture. The hostess Syl, is sweet and funny, likes to tell you all about traveling and her cooking skills are overwhelming! I thought it was a bit out of the way to get to the beach or towns but it is very easy to arrange. And you have a great view! For walks also beautiful surroundings with a cute little village very close by and one of the most peaceful beaches in Crete right down the hill. Rethymnon is probably the most beautiful town/city in Crete with a very authentic city center with small cute streets and lots of restaurants and the unique shops you are looking for for any holiday.”

Alianthos suites is located on an amazing location... The scenery is picturescue.... The staff is very polite and helpful!! The rooms are renovated! Tersanas Beach which is ideal for kids is just 2 minutes away by food. We and our kids loved it!! Select it if you want unforgettable holiday!!

We loved our stay! The room was super private with our own sun beds! They took care of every detail! If you want to have a quiet stay and just enjoy the swimming pool and relax, you should book this room for sure!!
