Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Rethimnon

Perfect location in the Old town of Chania, a very quiet, traffic free street, with mixture of airbnb and residential properties, away from a touristy part of the town, but within a short walk. Very close to the harbour and the Spantzia Square. The house is beautiful, full of character and very well equipped (there was even a first aid and sewing kit in the kitchen cupboard which we found very thoughtful!). The steps leading to the top floor are quite steep. There is a top roof patio with a hot tub, a shower and sun beds to chill out after a long day of exploring the town and surroundings. The garden adjoining the house is a perfect place for a morning breakfast / coffee. Very quiet and hardly any passers by. We stayed for three nights before heading back home after our holidays in Crete. The host is very helpful and responsive, there was a folder with all useful information and recommendations for places to visit in the area, which we found very useful. Highly recommended !!

A really relaxing vacation. The villa is very nice, well-stocked and equipped. Quality linens and soft beds. The outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi is spacious and cozy. Maria is very kind to welcome Guests and provide a lot of information about the surroundings and what to do. I recommend everyone to stay here and thank you again Maria for her kindness and availability.

Our stay at the deluxe villa was excellent and we had an amazing time. The villa is really nice and spacious with a nice private pool. The view is amazing and there is air conditioning in every bedroom. The host ifigeneia is very responsive and Eleni in the reception was very attentive and friendly. Be warned, it is quite an uphill walk to get there from the beach, the taxis charge around 8-10€ to and from the beach, around 20€ to Chania city.

This was a beautiful villa in a great location with easy access to the beach (a couple of minutes) and all the restaurants and bars in the cove of the local village. The communication before and during were fantastic with little extras like a welcome hamper and local pastries on cleaning day a very welcome surprise. The Villa is in amazing condition with every luxury you can imagine such as boutique hotel loungers and jacuzzi on the roof to watch the sun go down. Thanks for a great stay.

Had an amazing stay here! The place is so beautiful and luxurious and the host is super friendly and very helpful. Always on hand whenever we needed help, we couldn’t figure out the air con at first and he sent someone over within 30 mins to help us. This is one of the best airbnb I’ve stayed in, the apartment is amazing, would love to go back in the future!

We were a group of 9 and we booked Villa Andreas. There are actually two properties linked through a terrace ( Villa Andreas and Villa Thomas), with two sitting rooms, two kitchens and four bathrooms! The property is newly refurbished and has lots of character features. The beds and bed linen were clean and we had plenty of towels. The jacuzzi is a nice addition - great for relaxing in the evening. Some of the details were not listed but worth mentioning - good selection of medication in the first aid box, laundry liquid supplied (15min cycle washing machine) and complimentary wine, coffee and some local products ( fruits, eggs,etc). Evi, the host, is very helpful and ready to help as she lives locally. Overall, it was a great experience- thank you! We'd like to visit again soon. LE- walking distance (50m) is a lovely taverna with the best moussaka,other tasty local dishes and good Raki. Renting a car is a must - good access to Rethymno ( seaside and shops).

We spent a month at Dimitris's house with our 1 year old daughter. The house is a few minutes walk from the sea and a great little bay. The bay is perfect for kids. The mini market and restaurants are also within walking distance. House was clean and in order. We lacked nothing. In the evening in bed you could always hear the sea rustling. The garden, like the house, was in impeccable condition. Our daughter especially liked to spend time here on the swing. Dimitris was always easily accessible and immediately on the spot if there was a problem. We enjoyed the time at Dimitris's and would very much like to come back.

Everything about this stay was amazing, and I could not recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!

Charilaos was an amazing host! He greeted us at the villa and had left us a great stock of food and drinks, which was great for our large group! His house was done really really well, and perfectly suited us with our two babies. It would be great spot for any larger group with the number of bedrooms. The views were also fantastic! We ended up spending an evening by the pool talking and watching the sea. The whole place is beautiful and perfectly accommodating along with one of the best hosts you could ask for.

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Nikos and Joanna were the perfect hosts for the perfect Airbnb. Their villa was private, beautiful, truly amazing view, fantastic amenities, perfect for big family or friend group, and the pair were amazing hosts, walking us through the house, discussing the island, and even ordering us food the first day. Crete and Chania were breathtakingly beautiful, especially the views from the villa and the Samaria Gorge hike. 11/10, will be going back!

A quiet and calm place.

Good bits. The villa was outstanding, as described & the photo's don't lie! Pool is amazing as are the views. The villa & grounds spotlessly clean & spacious. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Nikos provided a lovely welcome pack, inc Oat milk as requested. He also gave us some good recommendations for ordering in (efoods app was great & better than trying to use the oven & utensils). The beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, but Nikos's father was there to sort it out within the hour! Can't fault the service or friendliness. We were a family party of 10 with an age range of 17 to 61. Not so good bits. Not enough plug sockets in the bedrooms & no window covering on the upstairs master bathroom. The cats! They drive you mad, they meow constantly & try to get indoors, you can't leave the doors open (problem when half the party love them & feed them!!! but the other half don't like cats). Taxi's expensive. Overall, would thoroughly recommend & return.

The host was incredible, very welcoming and helpful. Check in and out was simple, and the location was absolutely amazing. This is definitely the place to stay if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the town. The accommodation was clean, large and well arranged; the pool was fantastic and the view astonishing.
