Vacation rentals with a patio in Reservoir

.Towels were fresh and clean . Was able to cook comfortably for a couple of the days Definitely will use this accommodation if coming with family.. Place was walking distance to most favties and eateries Thank you Mei Qing.for the hospitality

The place itself was amazing and everything we could’ve wanted. Location was walkable to everything we wanted. We had a great check out with Tikali helping accommodate us with holding our bags. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

The unit was clean and everything for an enjoyable stay. The location is close to the city with a tram close by. Lots of great places to eat in walking distance from the unit. Sophie was easily contactable and very helpful.

Rod’s place was easy to find. I loved the kitchen (complete with pans and utensils) since I need to prep food for my baby. Also, there is a washing machine and dryer which is a plus. The host is nice and very responsive. Would recommend this place and will definitely book again. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Easy stroll to great shopping centre, bus and metro services. A very comfortable apartment with all the facilities needed for a hassle free visit. Any questions were always answered promptly and with clarity and with good humour for a visitor.

This is our second stay but our first in summer. The balcony was great for breakfast with birds in the trees behind. The air con was great in each room and every guest had room for privacy and comfort. My youngest son used the weights room often and noticed a broken weight had been fixed. The second floor kitchen was used extensively and well equipped. We would highly recommend.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

I had a great stay and the place was super tidy . The mall is within walking distance so it’s quite convenient. The only drawback was the noise of cars as the unit faces the main road. But that’s just my perception as I’m a light sleeper. Otherwise I had a very pleasant stay and the host was very responsive. Would recommend guests to stay here.

Anna’s house has been a perfect place for our Xmas family reunion. As soon as we walked in, we knew we had made an excellent choice. The property is spacious but very cozy and the layout suited our needs. The ambience is stylish and warm. The kitchen is super functional with a great selection of pots, plates etc. The deep, warm pool and esp diving Board was a huge hit. The property is located in a peaceful street a few mins walk from a superb beach and cliff top walk and also close to cafés, stores etc. A lovely home and beautiful surroundings for us to unwind and reconnect. We will cherish the memories. Thank you!

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

The accommodation was in a great location for us. It was modern, clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a family. There is also a great sized backyard for younger kids to play in which is completely safe and a great space to go and read or enjoy the sunshine. There was ample car parking on the property car park Our host Pemmy was very welcoming, accommodating and was excellent with her communication. We will be recommending this place to our extended family members and friends and will be happy to stay here again.

Our stay at Melanie's house was excellent, everything looked great including all the yummies she provided. We loved sitting on the front balcony and watch the people walk by and all the little parrots in the big tree. We walked to Albert Park for the F1 and we walked down Pickles street to the beach and had a great dinner at one of the restaurants. We will definitely come back one day and enjoy more of Melbourne.

Andrew’s apartment was the perfect stay for a weekend. He was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and made the check-in & check out process as easy as possible. The place was in a great area, very walkable, close to the CBD. The place was clean and cozy with great views.

Whilst I never met the host I absolutely did not need to. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, no issues with the property or the description and the only issue we had was quickly corrected over text due to the fact they always replied quickly to text. Property itself was clean, tidy and had all of the equipment you would need. Location was spot on. Would absolutely book again!

From restaurants to shops and attractions, everything was just a short walk away. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy to follow, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. A delightful surprise was the neighboring room, which had friendly cats that would occasionally greet me. Their presence added a cozy, homey touch to my stay. The photos do not do it justice. It is a lovely modern place that has nice furniture and homewares so it doesn't feel like a bare and basic airbnb, the opposite in fact. Would highly recommend. the car space was super helpful too. Very good value for money. lots of space and great location with tram in short walking distance which takes you to the city. Madge communicated really well too.

We're a family of three and had a fabulous stay at the apartment. The place is nice and modern, very quiet, clean, has all essentials. The tram leaves right at the front door, the supermarket is around the corner, and the neighbourhood walk in the Docklands is delightful. Pool and car park were nice treats as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great location within the Melbourne CBD. Selina was very helpful and always super responsive in her replies. Parking was arranged close-by with an access card & Selina arranged a second fob on short notice when requested. Bedrooms are a little small but overall a very convenient property for a small family stay. Thanks Selina!

Great location, close to trams,woolworths and restaurants. The unit was a very comfortable home away from home. I especially loved the little separate study that you could put you suitcase, leaving the bedroom clutter free.
