I stayed in Christa’s lovely villa in January, partly for cycling and partly to get away from all our building work going on at home. All of the descriptions and photos in the listing are 100% accurate! As I was alone and it was January, I didn’t use many of the villa’s features and obvs not the pool. After cycling each morning I just loved sitting on the balcony, with a coffee in complete peace and quiet…. Oh, and in the sunshine as well! The kitchen is really well equipped with quality appliances and utensils and a full size fridge freezer. The evening got pretty cold so I was inside each night. The pellet burner is excellent…. Easy to use and very easy to hoover out each time. Plus the pellets are easily available to buy in Orba and pretty cheap too. The garden is superb all round the side and the rear. Christa’s villa is on a corner plot so it benefits from a great paved area to the side which is nice and private with 4 Sun loungers. The cycling in the area is excellent.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Apartment was just amazing! Very spactious, very clean and very comfortable. It’s in the very nice hood, close to the beach and not very busy area. We stayed here for a week and we wished the week to last longer! Gracias!

Fantastic Stay ! Fully Equipped & Spacious! We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Marina’s Airbnb. The apartment was bright, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped , everything from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made it feel like home. The location was great for exploring Valencia, and Marina was a thoughtful, responsive host. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress free stay!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

We can’t thank Javier enough for an awesome stay. The house is just as described—beautiful, modern, and right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a few shops within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. Plus, Oliva town is only a 30-minute walk away, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes, and there are always fiestas on the weekends. If you’re feeling lazy, Just Eat will deliver right to the house! For those wanting a day trip, Valencia is just about an hour’s drive away. And honestly, with Oliva living up to its reputation for having some of the best beaches in Spain, it’s hard to leave! Thanks again, Javier, for being such a great host. Can’t wait to come back!

The place is very nice and quiet. We took advantage of the pool which is not very busy and very clean. We spent the last days of our trip in total relaxation and peace. I've never found such an organized house: there was really everything you needed. Like being in your own home! Well done Jo!

We loved our stay at this location and will come again ! The views of the beach are fabulous and the apartment very very clean.The area felt very safe and was very quiet . Bruno was so helpful and available to answer questions and kindly provided us with directions to the grocery store, and restaurant options. The use of whats app communication was appreciated Our flight was delayed and Bruno accommodated our later check in which we appreciated The apartment has everything you need and we cooked for the week while there which was perfect for us. We had everything we needed to make some fabulous meals. It was lovely to find champagne in the fridge for Valentines day as an extra bonus :):) Very thoughtful Bruno Beds are very comfortable, linens spotless, shower excellent and lots of space in the apartment and amazing views Bruno was so warm and welcoming and helpful and my husband loved practicing his spanish with him We would highly recommend this location to others . Thank you

An absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all expectations. Tatiana was an amazing host that was extremely attentive and friendly. Response times were immediate and thoroughness was exemplary. The space itself met every need and then some, they even provided bikes to get around!! Plus we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The location to the beach couldn’t have been closer, literally a 10 second walk and by the way was an absolutely stunning beach. The proximity to restaurants and the city, especially with the bikes they provided was close as well Overall, we can’t say enough about our stay, highly recommend to anyone as it was the best stay over our 10 days in Spain. Thank you again Tatiana!!

The stay was great! The apartment is clean, cozy, with high-quality renovation and high-quality appliances. It has a comfortable kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. Clean and tidy bathroom. The apartment has enough wardrobes for storing clothes and things. Comfortable bed, enough towels. There is an air conditioning and heating system. We spent the weekend at Arturo's place with some friends and it was amazing. The super clean and tidy house, comfortable, practical, cozy and perfect location to disconnect from the city and be able to make routes around. Communication with the host was unfortunate at all times and self check-in. The house has absolutely everything to spend a few days at home. I love how the house has been rehabilitated, keeping the essence of an old house, but updated with everything you need to make it a comfortable, practical and current home. I'm sure we will be back with family or friends. Thank you for all of Arturo.

We loved the apartment, very clean and complete. The urbanization quite family and quiet. The apartment is very well located, if you can walk to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Sebastián was very attentive to us, responding quickly and very attentive to our arrival. I give a 10 for everything. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

Amazing property, in a very peaceful location (you can hear the water stream pass right by and the birds chirping) - thank you very much Ivan for the cool tour of this unique place. Accommodation was very clean, mini-fridge, microwave, tv (netflix etc.) and toaster. Views were incredible from every side. The wooden beam ceiling, nude color palette and minimalistic furniture will make you feel right at home. The room was very will air conditioned (hot or cold air) and cutlery, plates and glasses were available in addition to towels as well. The nearby town is also very calm and worth a good stroll. Ivan again I can’t thank you enough for sharing your place with so much love and passion. Incredible stay!

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining.
