Family-friendly vacation rentals in Murcia

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always available if we had any questions.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

Fabulous stay at Eric's apartment. Host was always very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly, and spoke great English. Apartment easy to find and access. Bedrooms and lounge were brilliant, loads of space. Balcony was first class, with chairs overlooking the beach and above the Pyramid cafe. Linen, beach chairs and all the kitchen extras provided. There were lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and Eric gave us some tips, we particularly liked the tapas bar, El Pimiento, and the restaurant Zoco del mar, which was next to the castle, and had marvellous views over the whole bay. There is a lovely Plaza within 5 minutes, which has lots of cafe's , ice cream bars etc. Apartment was an hour from Murcia airport. The beach is fantastic, literally 1 minute walk down, and swimming in the sea was brilliant. It was generally quiet, and lovely and peaceful, although on a weekend can get a bit busier. A brilliant stay, and one we would definitely come back to.

We spent a weekend and the house was very comfortable with everything you need. The place is very clean and the owner is great. The pool is great. We 💯 will repeat and take the apartment again. We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

Booked very last minute (night before) due to family bereavement. Anja got back to me first thing in morning. Had the apartment ready for us later in evening after being at work so it was very much appreciated at such short notice. Area was perfect location with lovely chinese restaurant over the road which we had been to before on previous visits. Pool is lovely and peaceful. The only problem we had was the directions linked to page took us around the back of apartments. It is on main road near bill boards by roundabout if that helps anyone. Anja was there to meet us and explain keys and show us the apartment which was very helpful.... Cot was provided for our little one which was also very helpful.

We have nothing but words of gratitude for Rosa. We wanted to disconnect, be calm and rest and the cottage was ideal for that. Super intimate, comfortable, with everything you need in terms of cooking or cleaning, and super well maintained. I wouldn't change a thing, it was an amazing weekend. Thank you!

Everything was fantastic. Exactly what we expected. Maria was very kind and very attentive. I already told him that we will definitely repeat because we felt right at home. There was everything and the house was very well stocked, with bedding, towels, cutlery, pans... We didn't need anything. Everything was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

Great apartment when visiting La Finca and the lovely surrounding areas

Firstly we would have no hesitation returning ,close to port 5 mins walk ,5 mins to beach and there is also bolnuevo beach 10 mins drive ,park beside the mushroom shaped stones ,lots of restaurants to choose from ,lovely communal pool also ,overall a very lovely welcoming spanish couple thank you from Carolina and Esteban

The Villa is fantastic! The pool and pool area is perfect for kids and relaxing, in such quiet surroundings. Completely fenced off, so no worry of kids getting out anywhere, and inflatables that were there for us to borrow, which my 7yr old loved! The Villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more, would love to stay here again, but next time for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The Villa is a short walk to the Sea Front and has some great little back street restaurants which are really reasonably priced, and the food was great! As a host, Bert was so responsive and managed to accommodate a later check out due to our flights being changed last minute by Jet2, so thanks again for that! Thanks Bert for being a great host, and letting us use your beautiful Villa!

We had a very nice stay. The place is very quiet, comfortable to get around. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation was as described, very clean and everything was very new. Everything you need for a stay and more. The service with them was very easy, always attentive and responding very quickly. The terrace is huge and is a plus. We did a lot of living in it. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica & John’s. The villa was beautiful, clean & private. There was a beautiful private pool which was spotless. The location was great, everywhere we wanted to go was within a short drive. Monica & John were very friendly and they responded straight away if we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.
