Beachfront vacation rentals in Murcia

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit tollen Extras ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Andrey, der Gastgeber, war super freundlich, hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns sogar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Obwohl wir später angekommen sind als geplant, hat der Check-in problemlos geklappt. Alles lief reibungslos und sehr herzlich ab. Umgebung voller Restaurants und vielen Stränden, sogar ein 24/7 Shop.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Fabulous stay at Eric's apartment. Host was always very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly, and spoke great English. Apartment easy to find and access. Bedrooms and lounge were brilliant, loads of space. Balcony was first class, with chairs overlooking the beach and above the Pyramid cafe. Linen, beach chairs and all the kitchen extras provided. There were lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and Eric gave us some tips, we particularly liked the tapas bar, El Pimiento, and the restaurant Zoco del mar, which was next to the castle, and had marvellous views over the whole bay. There is a lovely Plaza within 5 minutes, which has lots of cafe's , ice cream bars etc. Apartment was an hour from Murcia airport. The beach is fantastic, literally 1 minute walk down, and swimming in the sea was brilliant. It was generally quiet, and lovely and peaceful, although on a weekend can get a bit busier. A brilliant stay, and one we would definitely come back to.

La casa de Irene es tal cual las fotos, está ubicada en un lugar espectacular, cerca de calas naturales preciosas y también de playa accesible y con servicios. Irene se comunico con nosotros desde el principio y contesto a todas nuestras preguntas. Muy recomendable para una escapada relajante!!

Logement bien équipé, fidèle à la description. Les produits managers de base disponible sont un plus. Suffisamment de serviettes, oreillers supplémentaires, torchons de cuisines. Equipement de cuisine assez complet. Quartier calme, immeuble aussi. Accès à pied à la plage.

Pobyt u gospodarza oceniamy na świetny. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, czyste, wszystkie udogodnienia, leżaki zapewnione. Piękna okolica, 1 minuta drogi na pieszo do morza. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Z całego serca polecam!!!

Los Urrutias y concretamente el apartamento es un sitio perfecto para la tranquilidad y para poder tener un tiempo para respirar y relajarte. El apartamento está muy bien comedor y cocina en el comedor grande y espacioso, una habitación con cama matrimonial muy cómoda y espaciosa… la terraza es una de los mejores espacios con barbacoa y vistas al mar. No se como estará en verano pero en semana santa es un sitio perfecto para relajarse. Cartagena está a 15 min.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Creo que unas de las mejores experiencias que tuvimos en un Airbnb! José es un señor súper amable siempre respondió rápido y nos ofreció lo que necesitábamos que no dudemos en escribirle! El departamento impecable y muy completo y lo mejor de todo las vistas hacia el Mar Menor y la piscina, de todos los ambientes de la casa se puede ver el mar y esos atardeceres maravillosos y únicos! Muy tranquilo, con restaurantes cerca y supermercado! Una estadía genial que sin dudarlo repetiríamos y la recomendamos absolutamente! Muchísimas gracias por todo Jose! Nuestra breve estancia fue un lujo!

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

La casa es impresionante! Espaciosa, y ya solo por la terraza y sus vistas merece la pena ir! Y hace mucho que dentro haya aire acondicionado. Estaba todo nuevo y limpio. La única pega es que la plaza de parking es un poco pequeña para aparcar bien

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great apartment on the 7th floor with amazing sunrise views over the Mediterraneo, which is only a few steps away. The apartment has everything for a short or long stay. The nice Aguilas is nearby.

Sin palabras…una casa cuidada al detalle, muy bien decorada, súper limpia… La ubicación es inmejorable con la playa al lado y todos los servicios super cerca. Milka es encantadora, muy atenta, amable y dando facilidades. ¡Esperamos repetir muy pronto!

Todo genial, la casa está a un minuto caminando de la playa, bares supermercados, chiringuitos y parada de taxi. dentro, no falta de nada para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible, contando con el gran jardín en el que reina la tranquilidad y parece que estás totalmente alejado del bullicio de la playa. Nuestra anfitriona genial, muy agradable y siempre pendiente de nosotros.

The flat/apartment is really nice, spacious and new. The views are amazing! The communication with the host was great, very easy and straightforward, seamless! They were very flexible and helpful. 5 stars review for sure! Thanks for everything! :)

Beautiful appartement with a great terrace and a jacuzzi. Appartement was nicely furnished and was very clean. A small key misunderstanding was handled promptly by the host. Small shop, restaurants and the beach all realy close by. We, as a couple, had a great time and can highly recommend the appartement.

Parempi kuin kuvissa! Ranta oli todellakin suoraan talon edessä, ja ylimmän kerroksen merimaisemaan oli upeaa herätä aamuisin. Sijainti on kätevä, ja rantabulevardi alkaa suoraan ovelta. Viktoria oli avulias ja tulemme oikein mielellään uudelleenkin!
