House vacation rentals in Reggio Emilia

WONDERFUL! On a short weekend, my friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The house is simply amazing. Cozy, there are many large common spaces. It's a lived-in home full of personality, despite the short stay we immediately felt right at home. This is the perfect place for those who want to spend time in peace with friends and family. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. “Staying in Costaborga was just amazing! The apartment is the same as in the pictures – very clean, stylishly furnished and super cozy. The location is ideal, in a quiet area, but still close to all the main attractions. I especially liked the fireplace oven! The hostess was very friendly and attentive, gave us helpful tips even before arrival and was always quickly available for questions. Everything was really thought of to make the stay enjoyable – from small extras like welcome snacks, coffee and toiletries to practical details like an easy check-in/check-out process. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

The place was as described and really worth the price. It wasn't the easiest to find in the dark, but the host was very kind and very helpful and accommodated us in every way. Hugely recommend if you have a car and plan to visit the region.

The rolling hills outside Bologna was an outstanding place to stay a little off the beaten track. Very close to the historic center of Bologna, but very quiet and beautiful. The photos do not do it justice (it is better in person). Silvia was super helpful in making sure everything went well. Definitely stay here!

The apartment is a well-kept and very clean gem located in a very nice and quiet area of the country. Luciana was an incredible host and explained to us by thread and sign how she is doing for check-in. Going home after a day out was really nice and comfortable. In addition, we were left various things to have a good breakfast and also for lunch. I give 5 stars just because more is not possible to give it. Thank you and see you next time

Spacious and very comfortable apartment Close to train station to go to Bologna

As advertised; spacy, cosy, with train station a minute away. And with an interesting library.

The house was clean and equipped with everything we could need. The host is extremely helpful and ready to respond to our every need. Truly an experience to repeat!

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to detail. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace worked perfectly, with wood provided for free by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modenesian Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. There are several hiking trails nearby, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a refreshing break!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Great location close to restaurants. Good starting point to visit Ferrari and Lamborghini museums.

Antonio was immediately very kind, the house was really cozy and clean. We immediately settled in and the directions provided by the host were clear and thorough. We will definitely consider this place if we need to stay a few more nights in the province of Parma

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!

An exceptional place to stay in a perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and tranquility. Reachable with a bumpy dirt road but walkable by a normal car, it is a fully stocked house in a small village of only vacationers, so sometimes you are in total isolation, which really allows you to unplug. Lilia is a great host, who personally accompanied us to the accommodation, also fully stocked in the kitchen, food, and toiletries, gave us a lot of directions to surrounding places and activities, and all with full availability during our stay and great flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Great experience, to repeat!
