Lovely place, in a landscape that restores. The house, in addition to being cared for in every detail, is super clean! The garden is pure poetry, every corner hides a surprise; it enchants the view and takes care of the heart. It was a beautiful experience in every way. Including the knowledge of the owner, a cultured and sensitive person with whom we had a pleasant chat.

My family and I had an amazing time at Callum’s and Jessica’s place. We spent 10 days at the place. It was loca in a super nice and quiet area with the bus stop few meters from the house. Callum and Jessica were so friendly and very helpful. They even helped us with some baby stuff for our little baby, as we couldn’t bring it ourselves. I definitely recommend this place!

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful view even in rainy weather (Ruth and Paul had nothing to do with it). On the first valleys of the Apennines. 1 hour drive from Modene, Bologna. Ideal for also going to Mantua (too little-known and beautiful palace, parking at the Canoe camp), Parma or Ferrara (a pleasure by bike, renting from Todisco, cheap and nice). Clean and quiet rental (2 other tenants received the same week in the adjoining apartment and we heard nothing because the walls of the farm are very thick and well insulated). Ruth and Paul are hosts as we love them: welcoming, discreet and available (thank you again for our late arrival). Always good tips. A good place to enjoy the region by avoiding rentals of the agricultural valley, less typical, even if it has its charm. Great for going on the Apennine trails.

I returned from a fantastic stay at this B&B located in the heart of the city, within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The location was perfect for exploring the historic center on foot, without worrying about traffic. The two double bedrooms were clean, comfortable and furnished in a modern style. The room with the en-suite bathroom is a real luxury, while the second bedroom has a private bathroom near the kitchen, equally clean and functional. The furniture is brand new and everything has been designed to ensure maximum comfort. Kitchen is well-equipped. The only aspect to consider is parking, which is not free, but the B&B offers parking near the property at a cost of 12 euros per day, which is reasonable considering the central location.

Charming, clean and cute apartment right in the middle of Reggio Emilia. You can walk to everything and are right in the center of town with a lot of great cafes. We really enjoyed our stay and were even able to just walk to the train station. Highly recommended. Host is wonderful and gave us a lot of recommendations.

Enjoyed staying at Francesco's place this past week. Simple, clean with a sleek look inside the apartment that is perfect for two couples. The location is nicely situated to many of the places we wanted to visit without having to worry about noise from cars or revelers late in the evening. I would rent Francesco's place again the next time i return to Modena.

Wonderful location immersed in the hills near Parma, great for spending relaxing days between swimming pools and the possibility of cooking/barbecue in good company. The rooms are very spacious, cozy and well furnished. There are also many farms nearby where you can try local cuisine. We booked it with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and it was beautiful!

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Lilia and her husband are wonderful hosts and assisted us in every aspect of our short vacation with courtesy and professionalism. Pedro Country House is an amazing property. Large comfortable rooms equipped with all amenities. Perfect for large groups and with a grill space that is not often found. Not only is the outdoor area very large with a large table, but also the space created from the former stable is able to accommodate many people. The area is not only very peaceful and beautiful, but it is located on the slopes of a beautiful castle There are walks in the woods and in the nearby village there is no shortage of restaurants We recommend the Pedro Country House to anyone who wants to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the tranquility

Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.
