Fred and Kelly were very kind and responsive throughout our check in and throughout our stay as well. The place is located in a quite and peaceful neighborhood so it was ideal for me. The place itself is beautiful and makes you feel right at home [away from home]. They had an amazing amount of books, pamphlets, etc full of information to help guide you around. The instructions in how to use the amenities were super clear so we did not struggle with anything. It truly was such a lovely place and I feel very lucky to have found such a gem for our trip to Amsterdam!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Netherlands.

Very nice and calm stay. Nearest train is 5 minutes by bike, which is free of charge. Sheniva and Lars were super nice and welcoming, I would recommend this stay :)

Our group of friends had the pleasure of staying at this spacious and cozy accommodation in Holland, and we were absolutely satisfied ! Location: The property is located in a quiet, picturesque environment, ideal for relaxation. At the same time, it was easily accessible and close enough to visit local attractions and restaurants. Coziness: The place exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable sofa, atmospheric lighting with Christmas tree and small, loving touches made us feel right at home.

My friends and I had a fantastic time here! It is a 20+ walk to the train station, so maybe not for you if that seems far, but a very lovely neighborhood. Extremely private and very modern and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for peaceful privacy with all the modern touches! 10/10 would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic weekend on the Jupiter. The location was unbelievable! Great pub / restaurant facing the boat , spar a few minutes walk away and one of the main shopping streets 10 min walk. The best of all was the skinny bridge being right outside the boat. We would definately return again 😊

We had a super cozy family weekend. The house is cozy and fully equipped. The garden is also great, with several seating areas and the possibility to make a campfire in the evening. The kids have also had a good time helping Tom with the ponies and hiking with a pony. All in all recommended for a cozy weekend away.

Because we were going to move out needed a guest address for one week. After some searching, they ended up in the Engewormer. Dogs welcome, which is also nice. A very cozy cottage with everything, beautiful surroundings and close to the Zaanse Schans and nice restaurants nearby. Tine was also so friendly and helpful! Our stay was an oasis of peace in this for our hectic moving period. We were here in December (lots of rain and wind), but in spring/summer it will be even more beautiful here. Recommended!

We had a fantastic six-night stay at Trienie’s place! My girlfriend Marta, our husky Nordee, and I felt welcomed from the start: the house is spacious, spotless, and cozy, with a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Located in Putten, a charming town in a strategic area, it’s easy to reach top destinations like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague in no time. The surroundings are quiet and natural, perfect for relaxing and enjoying walks with our dog. The outdoor spaces are ideal for pets—Nordee loved exploring! Trienie was an exceptional host, always available for any questions but never intrusive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming retreat in nature. We hope to return soon!

We stayed for a couple of days while visiting Amsterdam and Leiden - it was fantastic for the train and a real quiet cosy little place Kitty was a lovely host, she sent the most comprehensive directions I’ve ever gotten to find the place from the station and was super speedy to respond. Great location, walkable..lots of things to do..lot of restaurants near by. The apartment was great, seamless check in..Hedy was extremely responsive and of great help. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and warm welcome by Christine! Very cozy and quiet cottage with all the comforts! Good warm shower with plenty of water. Cottage to warm up quickly. Plenty of towels were provided! In the kitchen, everything is also provided to prepare something small! About 10 minutes from Rotterdam. Parking directly at the cottage. Good beds! Ideal base for us in function of swimming competition in Rotterdam! thanks Christine! Recommended!

What a nice stay! Henriette warmly welcomed us with nice communication and a delicious homemade banana bread as a gift (it tasted great!). The stay combines the feeling of being outside with the comfort of the inside: the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, everything was clean, and the view of the trees from the living room and the full moon from the loft gave a magical atmosphere. The beautiful surroundings are also easily accessible by public transportation. Thank you, Henriette!

Lovely place with a great location

Erik was a wonderful host. He was welcoming included detailed handbooks, local recommendations and history on Holland. The home was clean and had everything needed was available. It was a little bit further from Amsterdam than listed. Averaging 50 minutes to an hour each way. If using local transportation this was about $13.50 usd per day. Erik made sure to reach out and was always available for questions. Upon checkout we did end up losing the house key while taking out the trash. This was very unfortunate and unusual for us. However, Erik was understanding and helpful. Within 30 minutes someone came over with a spare and we were able to get our luggage thankfully before our flight. Would recommend for couples but not small children. The stairs were really steep and I almost slipped a few times. Thank you for having us we enjoyed your home.

Our stay at Marcels cottage was brilliant! He welcomed us upon arrival, introduced us to his family, showed us around the cottage, explained how to unlock the electric gates and swimming pool cover. The cottage is within the grounds of Marcels house but provided enough privacy for both of us. Marcel is a very easy going person, friendly and accommodating. He was always there when we needed him but never impinged upon our privacy. We were on a cycling holiday on our own road bikes and not once did we fear our bikes would be stolen from the garden. Vicky my wife is a keen swimmer and there was never a time when it was a problem for her to use the pool. We loved the accommodation and the atmosphere Marcel provided. Of all the Airbnb we have stayed at this is by far the best. Thoroughly recommend. We will definitely come back 😀

An amazing stay, easy to get there from Sloterdijk and we loved the jacuzzi. There were very helpful instructions for everything in the house and Marcel welcomed us very friendly, even breakfast was prepared!! Would recommend and will keep in our favourites list ! Thank you for hosting us :)

The home is very nice. Spacious, but doesn’t feel huge (which is good). Beds were okay considering the price. The surroundings are very nice, peaceful and private. Nice big garden as well and enough space for dinner with the two big tables. There are some minor finishing things that could be improved (holes in the wall where outlets used to be, a lamp fixture on the ceiling that just has wires sticking out and outlet covers that come loose), but overall it is very well maintained and everything is in working order. We did not find scissors or a dishwashing brush, so had to get those ourselves. Taking everything into account it was an excellent weekend and would definitely recommend this home for larger groups.

My husband and I went on vacation during our 14-day stay, but also partly worked. The work worked really well with the Wi-Fi, also a desk was available in the third bedroom. But the house was also very suitable for the holiday. Everything was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms modernly equipped. In the evening we turned on the fireplace more often, very comfortable. To the stone you could walk well and also make great excursions in the area with the bikes. Elvi was easily accessible and very helpful. The place is really recommended, with or without children.
