Beautiful setting , perfect for dog walks , close to pubs & supermarket

Very nice flat near two great pubs (Jacob's Ladder and the Seaview Inn) and a 10 min walk to town center. Check-in was very easy and it was a very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Allegra’s home. First of all the flat has a really handsome decor, with all the amenities you’d need, that makes it perfect for chilling out after a day out in the town. You really can’t beat the location, being a 2 minute stroll from the idyllic Porthgwidden beach, and only a few minutes more to Porthmeor for proper waves. The flat is also in a quieter backstreet in St Ives, which felt like a little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the harbour. Allegra was the perfect host - if we had any queries she’d get back to us instantly. Her recommendations for St Ives eating and drinking spots were all hidden gems and exactly what we were after. (P.s. the fish shed is a must!) To conclude, we loved St Ives but this air bnb and its location really made it the perfect trip!

Tony's place is perfect for our stay. It's a short walk to both the beaches and the town centre, but in a very quiet area with very little traffic. The free on street parking was good, very easy to find a spot nearby. The place itself is equipped with everything we needed. Very spacial for three people. Tony is always responsive even when he fell ill. We would love to come back next year and stay at Tony's place. There's so much to do in and around Falmouth, a week felt too short!

The Annex is tucked in behind the main house and perfect for the few days we had in Cornwall. Managed to park on the grass area outside rather than on the road. Clare was great, letting us know we could get in earlier if needed.

Perfect spot for us. Cara's house was clean, tidy, lots of little home additions (including small Christmas decorations). Smelt fresh throughout out each room. Small kitchen bin. Bathroom included lots of additions such as bubble bath, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. Bed had hair drier, extra pillows/ duvet and iron/ ironing board. kitchen was well laid out. easy parking thank you for a wonderful stay

A great find with lots of lovely homely touches. Food staples in the cupboard, everything spotlessly clean, lovely hot shower and comfy beds. The carpet was also super soft! Rebecca is a great host, great communication. A great base to be to explore Cornwall - would highly recommend.

We had a delightful stay at Steven’s cozy home. It was snug and quiet (apart from a few morning wake-up calls courtesy of seagulls, which is normal in seaside locations) and we loved the spaciousness and having two floors, after a few cramped hotel rooms in the London area. Penzance offered interesting pubs (the Turk’s Head and Admiral Benbow especially) and a range of restaurants (the Artist Residence and 45 Queen Street stood out) as well as being within reach of many other fascinating locations (St Michael’s Mount - island with castle - being very close). Steven was responsive and an excellent host :)

Excellent accommodation. Loved the little garden with the stream at the bottom. Handy for the station and a fabulous pub in the Royal Oak. (Booking is essential for meals). Bathroom was good and bedrooms were very spacious. We loved the dining extension too. One word of warning though. It is very dark walking home at night and a torch is highly recommended. Overall, a very positive stay and already booked for next year! We can thoroughly recommend.

The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

Booked just by chance and what a little gem of a place. The property is well maintained and very clean and suited our weekend break. All amenities for our requirements were available and parking was spot on. We drove to most local restaurants and places of interest as it was raining which can't be helped. it was nice to come back to a niche little place which was warm, clean and tidy with a comfy bed too. Fully recommend.

The bungalow was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well equipped with all of the pots and pans and utensils we could possibly need. Milk, biscuits and fruit were also left for us as well as a hand made welcome card which was a lovely touch. The garden was a great size and totally enclosed so safe for our dog to roam around. The bungalow was in a great location and only a five minute walk to St Erth station where we hopped on the train to St Ives. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Very nice, clean, flat. Easy to find and had the bonus of a parking space! There was a bit of scaffolding up outside which we didn’t find out about until after we’d booked but it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t use the garden. Super spacious for 2 people, very big comfy bed. Would definitely come back for a longer stay :)

The Hideaway is a lovely little nest tucked into the best of locations with fabulous restaurants, museums, shops, beaches and boat excursions nearby. Barbara knew we were there to settle our daughter into her own flat for a year to study for her Masters nearby. She went out of her way to make sure we had extra linens and a mattress in the event her flat wasn’t ready when we arrived. The kindness Barbara provided set everything off on the right footing! The Hideaway is lower level and low ceilings, but the design and white walls made it feel open and bright. Although there’s both washer and dryer, there is a clothesline in the little outside nook we used on sunny days to dry laundry. The kitchen has the basics but don’t plan to find much in terms of oils, seasonings, coffee or tea. The Tesco near The Moor has the best grocery selection n town and there is a healthy food store near there as well. We loved our little spot in Falmouth and plan to be back!

Everything about the place was as described and more. Access super easy, spacious and clean, great layout. Super comfy beds. (Confirmed by two teenagers!) Excellent communications with host and great value for money. Ace touches with shower gel and shampoos and tea and coffee and a mix of condiments. Would definitely look to book again if we ever return to the area. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful week at Laura’s. It was so calm and peaceful and really needed. So clean, cosy and felt right at home. Tania was also very helpful. Love Fistral and just had a fab week 🥰

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment featured lovely big bedrooms and nice bathrooms, providing both space and comfort. The open-plan living space was perfect for our family dinners, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better – just across the road from a beautiful beach that offers great coffee and meals. We especially appreciated that dogs are allowed on Tolcarne Beach from 1st October to 1st May, making it a perfect trip for the whole family, furry members included. The convenience of two undercover car parks with easy access to the apartment made things stress-free. Plus, the underfloor heating was a luxurious treat, especially on cooler days. Highly recommended!

Very clean and quiet, and you can find any daily necessities you might need. An excellent experience!!!

A lovely little apartment for 4 of us to stay while visiting Falmouth. Only a couple of minutes walk into town. I would highly recommend it.
