Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.

Beautiful house that was even nicer than the pictures! Super clean and you can tell Matt takes pride in keeping this home in great shape. Definitely something for everyone, as both the adults and teenagers had a fun and relaxing time. The game room was a great bonus for the kids and we all enjoyed the perfect outdoor setting and clean hot tub. We brought our ATV and had a blast on all the trails reachable from right in the back yard! Matt was very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommended and we definitely plan to be back!

Good location for going to Sight & Sound. Google t.v. didn't work but the host said he would notify the owner. The road we were on was a little busy but there's a nice fenced in back yard. I especially appreciated the extensive lighting and the fans in every room. Having a ground floor bedroom with bathroom was a necessity for my mother. Having bathrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor was also convenient. Really pleased with my first time using an Airbnb.

This was a great find! Having Kolmbach park a block away, big backyard with swings and climbing for the kids, and we all loved the pond! There are 2 frogs that have called it their home. We all had to adjust to the street traffic noise, which was a big drawback. Would definitely choose this again!
