It's fun, it's entertaining, it's spacious, it's a great location, it's newly furnished, it's 20 minutes from downtown KL and it's your home away from home. This home is located in the Cheras area, not far from the famous Wednesday night market. It has off street, gated parking for several cars & motorbikes. This FUN house has a ping pong, karaoke system, board games, pool table and an organ/ paino! The outdoor patio has a BBQ pit, sitting & dining areas and a cute lotus pond.

Your ideal home, away from home, in sub-urban Subang Jaya, Malaysia! All four rooms, living and even the dining area are air-conditioned. We have actual beds for 8 adults, plus 4 extra single mattresses. The homestay comes complete with high speed broadband WiFi, and Netflix too. Our unit is a renovated double story house situated in Damai Perdana Cheras. The residential is nearby with shop lot area with walking distance less than a minuet (Family Mart, CU, Guardian, Mamak and Restaurant). It is a newly renovated house with many facilities such as build in karaoke room, pool table, BBQ area, water filter and others. You are welcome to enjoy the best facilities in town.

Me & my friends will definitely come again. Charis was so beautiful serene with waterfall & talapia pond. The host was very kind, they gave us the fish for foc for our bbq nite. The most amazing thing was i left my handbag at the gazebo during check out & contacted the pic abg udin. I just realized i left my handbag 30mins later! They found it & kept it until i return to Charis. Such a responsible & kind hearted person! Thanks to Fathin & team for a lovely gestures & hosting. Tqsm!

Love the place, with great ambience of lighting and breeze coming from the air conditioner. Clean bedroom and very aesthetic bathroom. Everything was nice but one thing i would want the host to upgrade is the shower to be more powerful water other than that was OK!!!
