Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ratchathewi

King is a great host! He always gave fast responses and advise us when we have questions around the logistic arrangement or best spots for tourist. The place is very clean and tidy. The decoration is nice but please be careful, you don't want to have same experience like me - broke the beautiful vase :) terms of location, It's in an alley and there is no sign when you enter the alley. Make sure you read the direction given by King. BTS Ekkamai is not that close, I took around 30 minutes walks from AirBnB to the station. Make sure you try the coffee at Littleblue cafe, the staff are really nice there and If you are hungry in the middle of the night, don't worry, you can jump to the convenience store

the staff was really accomodating, unluckily there was kind of lack of privacy because they're entering at any time beside the late evening, maybe our fault we didn't talk properly . At the moment there are constructions next door , so I think a discount should be given. There was plastic to cover the tables in living room ,so didn't look great .

Very happy with our stay. Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Very close to great restaurants and night life.

The house is in a peaceful alley, it is convenient to call a car, it is not the kind of high-rise community, so it is also easier to access the room, the room is about the same as the photo, clean and hygienic, the accommodation is simple and quick, there is a balcony, a large dining table, a small table, a TV in the living room, a microwave, a toaster, an induction stove, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a bathtub, a wet and dry shower, suitable for two people. The disadvantage is that the nearest bts are all about 15-20 minutes walk, the nearest 7-11 is also about 10-15 minutes, the property is about 500 meters out of the main road.About 25km from BKK, taxi about 500-600 Baht. Would recommend staying.

Great value for such a popular location. Clean and comfortable apartment, as described and everything worked. Great for public transport links - close to MRT and BTS stations. But plenty to do nearby in terms of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Host was friendly and helpful but didn't need anything after check-in. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay as it is very close to the BTS line. The area is fill with great places to eat. Kusalin was very welcoming and meet me during check in and shown me around her place. I have stay in her apartment multiple times already and will stay here again.

It's a cute little apartment. Clean and well maintained. Jira is very helpful and quick to respond. The building is on a busy street but the balcony of the apartment faces the quiet side. Suitable for those who do not like noise. There is everything you need. The price corresponds to the quality of the apartment.

Lovely property in a quiet area, but close walking distance to nearby supermarkets and shopping centres in the locale. Helpful and quick responding host, strongly recommended!

it was a fantastic choice to stay in Ben's room for my vacation. I did not expect that I could have a nice room like this with such a good price. Ben was very kind to me, and answered my questions timely. The view was nice, too. Everything I need was provided. Plus, there was shuttle van service which took residents here to the nearest BTS station.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, had a good smell, there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the small 3rd room served as an excellent working space for me, with a comfy office chair. The host was friendly and responsive. The location is quiet and I could get a good sleep. It is a bit out of center, but I could still find everything I needed within walking distance. I especially recommend eating at Papa Chef! The only disappointment I had was that the gym isn't air-conditioned, and it's very hot inside. Overall a great apartment, I'll be happy to stay there again.
