Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Rappahannock River

We were looking for a peaceful and restorative Valentines weekend and Peace Point delivered. Top marks. Couldn’t ask for more incredibly welcoming, thoughtful note and chocolate left for us. Very helpful with local information we had rain so there were plenty of puzzles to do. The bed and pillows were firm and in fantastic condition slept soundly. Would book again. it was a lovely, lovely respite.

Second stay at Du's place and it was just as great as the first. Everything was as expected, clean, and comfortable. Du's a fantastic host and his unit is perfect for work trips. We appreciate his hospitality and would definitely stay again!

One of the finest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Beautiful decor and amenities in one of our new favorite communities. Kim was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations for food and entertainment. We loved the floor to ceiling windows on the first floor overlooking the Chesapeake. The primary had equally large windows with an expansive view plus a fireplace and very comfortable bedding. Overall, the weather didn’t cooperate, but we still had a nice, relaxing weekend in a beautifully equipped house in a great town on the bay. We’ll look to book in the warmer months soon.

We are a group of 6 hikers (3 couples) so we come to Shenandoah National Park frequently. We have been at a number of houses in the area and this one is our favorite. Beautiful spacious home, well equipped with everything. We loved the back area- the firepit and the hot tub was at a perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless. We walked into Luray each day and had a glass of wine at Cork and had some beer at Hawksbill Brewery. Just a lovely stay. And Chasidy was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back!

So much nicer than the pictures! Amazing views, secluded and provided a much needed escape from the city. Can’t recommend enough!

Everything was perfect. If I had one improvement that could be made it would be the water pressure in the showers. Otherwise a really wonderful stay!

Great place. The house was amazing. Very spacious. I loved the open concept of the dining area and TV area. the master bedroom was very spacious with a great view of the water. Very close by... the Reedville Market was excellent place to eat.

I can’t say enough great things about David’s villa. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was even better in person!! David was so responsive to all the questions I had prior to checking in. The location is peaceful, safe, and so serene. The Villa is a great size! His place was clean, spotless, cozy, and such a nice place to stay. We were celebrating our anniversary so this topped the cake for us to recharge and relax. The jacuzzi bathtub was so relaxing! I’m so picky about where I stay when traveling, and this checked every box! So many more great things to say about this place, but I won’t write a novel. Let’s just say, I will be back!! I’m glad I found this place and will stay here every time I visit. Thank you David! 😊

Went here to hang out at a pool over a hot July 4th. Great place and pool with a well maintained kitchen (it had tupperware, full range of kitchen equipment, etc.) and grill. It's right next to a highway, but the noise isn't too noticeable and it makes it easy to get around the Richmond area.

Our family and friend group of 11 stayed here for three nights. The house was perfect for us and had everything you would possibly need. We loved it so much that we punted some things we were going to do to hang out there. The fire pit on the deck was a fan favorite at night which all of us sat around, talking and laughing. Some people got up early to fish at the pier that we had access to, and my daughter spent time at the beach there. I can't say enough kind words about Paul as a host. He answered all our questions in a timely manner by texting us which not all hosts do. Today, he gave us a later check out time which was helpful in getting so many people up and out! Paul was there when we arrived and was just so gracious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much, Paul!

We very much enjoyed the property - 10 acres, wooded, gym, jacuzzi and sauna - and made the stay so enjoyable. There is a sense of peace and relaxation that accompanies you here. The privacy is amazing, and yet you can drive to Front Royal cute downtown in 20 mins!! Hiking trails are awesome too! Thank you for being so responsive, and providing clear instructions to use all the amenities for the property.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is simply amazing, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. We loved the fireplace and kitchen areas. The game room and hot tub was a big plus for the kids. The surroundings are very green and peaceful with a huge garden where deers can be seen. Ben is a great host and was always very responsive to our questions/requests. Thank you Ben. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back.

Sean was an amazing host! Extremely accommodating. Home was perfect for my family and I visit. Very private but not too far from several restaurants and “things to do”. Property was very spacious. Everything was “pitch perfect”.

We had a fantastic time! The cabin was private, quiet, and stocked with everything needed for a cozy weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook in most meals. We will be back!

The little red wolf cabin was super cozy and the location was perfect for a romantic getaway. It was the right size for a couple and the amenities kept us entertained! Christie was super friendly and helpful. She kept us in the loop about the weather and gave us some great tips. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time away.

Booked Kayla's place for a solo trip to unwind and relax. I didn't venture out to explore the surroundings at all, but instead enjoyed being cozy on the couch and relaxing in the hot tub. The place was pristinely clean, the furniture was stylish and comfortable, and the place felt very homey. It was nice that she provides coffee and shampoo and conditioner, particularly because I forgot to pack all of those things. Though the cabin is pretty private, there are two houses visible from the cabin (including one from the back porch / deck / firepit) which made it feel a little less private, particularly since there are no window coverings on those beautiful multi-story windows facing the back. Also note that the main bedroom is a loft, so there is no door (not a problem for me since I was solo). Overall, a very comfortable stay in a charming and cozy cabin, and Kayla was very communicative. I will definitely visit again and next time explore the surrounding area.

Buck's Run was a beautiful cabin tucked away in the Shenandoah. It was a peaceful getaway for my friends and we enjoyed lounging about playing board games, reading, soaking in the hot tub, and staring out into the woods as the snow fell. Jen was very proactive in making sure we were going to be ok with the incoming storm and Pete their local manager was very responsive with questions we had.

Great cozy cabin for a secluded getaway. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere which was exactly what we needed!

This retreat is the getaway location you need. The cabin is beautifully appointed with perfect little touches throughout. From the electric kettle for tea to the indoor fireplace it was perfectly cozy. Sitting in the hot tub we even had some deer friends come and say hello. Agree with the other reviews that a 4WD/AWD is needed, but Elizabeth makes this very clear and is very prompt with communications. Looking forward to coming back again.

Fantastic stay! We’ve stayed at lots of Airbnb’s over the years and this was one of the best. Cozy, tasteful, comfortable and has everything you need for a lovely stay. It was so so quiet and peaceful and the stars at night were incredible! 10/10 recommend!
