Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Rappahannock River

The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

We had a great stay. The apartment was extremely nice, and had everything we needed for our family of five. It was a perfect jumping off place for DC adventures, with easy metro access. Easy parking too. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to Arlington numerous times but I’ve never heard of Ballston. I loved the area and the ability to take the subway station straight to DC. Anthony was very responsive and clear with his directions. I enjoyed the views from this place and recommend anyone visiting to take advantage. Place was very clean and easy to clean up as well. I once again recommend this location to anyone who’s willing to try restaurants and everything in the area.

A perfect little apartment in an extremely nice building. A major grocery store, a Metro station and a wonderful downtown area filled with restaurants were short walks away. The host was very patient, accommodating and helpful as we were delayed in arriving at our planned time. We couldn’t be happier and would certainly stay there again the next time we visit the DC area.

The place was great. The location was great and the host was great. If you need a centrally located d place to Stay while in DC and you don’t want a hotel, you should definitely consider this condo.

Reagan is a phenomenal host. She went out of her way help me manage through a municipal water crisis / winter weather emergency that visited Richmond along with me. Cannot recommend her places more highly.

It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our family that traveled in from all over. The check in was kind of annoying but not the hosts fault. We had members getting rental cars and had 10 guests. They needed every name and car and it took a long time so just be prepared. Place was very nice.

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

Very convenient and perfect for USNA events. Parking was easy. Recommend you stay if you have 4-5 people.

This is a very nice unit. Very clean, spacious, and the bed was cozy and comfortable! The only weird thing is that you don’t have control of the AC/heater and we found the bedroom to be pretty hot because the heater was on. It’s a little expensive given that there isn’t a full kitchen and you can’t cook anything, but otherwise very nice and matched the description. The yard was also beautiful. I would stay again if I needed something in the area.

Philips place was the perfect location for my large family. The space was beautiful, clean and very accommodating. They were highly responsive and quick to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend his place!

Kathy and Roy’s place was perfect! Great communication from the start, and throughout our visit. Super friendly and helpful with finding the World Series on the TV. Spotlessly clean, all you could need was there. Well appointed gym equipment if one wanted that. We felt right at home, dry comfortable. Thank you Kathy and Roy! We will be back:)

Great stay, perfect size for a family of four. The home was well maintained and nicely furnished. Charlotte was responsive when the stove didn’t work and got it fixed quickly. Overall, as advertised.

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

We had a fantastic time. You can’t beat the location and if you have toddlers, this is the spot! We loved hanging out in the basement watching them play. There were a few issues outside, but Jayne was very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience.
