Thanks to Katja, we had an unforgettable vacation! The apartment exceeded our expectations, the neighborhood is great, close to the beach and for walking. The apartment is well-equipped, not a single thing was missing:) And breakfast on the terrace was the icing on the cake. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

This was the perfect base for us to explore the region! Very clean and comfortable accommodations and just a short walk to a spectacular beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend and would absolutely consider a return visit if / when we are back in the region

Excellent and beautiful accommodation Host was very responsive and friendly Small problems with door handles and locks on bathrooms which needs to be replaced but this did not take away from how happy we were with the apartment

Carmelita was the most wonderful and welcoming host during our stay. She made sure that we felt right at home in the cosy apartment. We could not recommend her more and hope to be back again! She gave us so many helpful recommendations and took the time to explain everything about the apartment on arrival. Her art is beautiful and adds charm to the place. A really special stay in a traditional historic home with a central location that we will not forget.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment in Sagres as a small family. It’s spacious, and although the furniture is a bit dated, it adds charm, and you can see the effort the owners put into maintaining it. Check-in was easy, and Liz and Virgilio, who live on the same property, were lovely hosts. They checked in regularly, brought fresh towels, cleaned the apartment after a week, and even arranged a playpen for our daughter. The outdoor space was perfect for our daughter to play in the shade, and she enjoyed watching the kittens explore the grounds. The location is excellent—most restaurants and beaches (Mareta and Tonel) are within walking distance or a short drive. A small note: one of the two adjacent rental rooms shares a wall with the bedroom, so you might hear neighbors. It didn’t bother us, but light sleepers might need earplugs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Andre’s place - it was so clean and beautiful inside. He was also a very responsive and helpful host. It was incredibly easy to find parking for our rental car as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Portimao!

All was perfect! We had a friendly and smooth check in with Riccardo and Verena. The apartment was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. The location is quiet and offers short distances to the beach and restaurants. We can only recommend a stay!

It was superb to stay in Miguel's apartment. It's a spacious apartment, with great views and Miguel is a very responsive and easy going person. Recommended!

Amazing location. We were visiting the track at Algarve and this was the perfect location. Right between the track and ocean with great restaurants and friendly locals.

The apartment is spacious and clean and as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking into town, approximately 10 minutes and to the beach approximately 20-25 minutes. A fantastic supermarket is just a 2 minute walk away. There are plenty of kitchen utensils etc which means you can easily self cater should you wish to. The communication with Alice was very good throughout and as our stay was over 7 days we had fresh bed linen and towels which were very much appreciated. There is a road behind the hedge which can be noisy with traffic early in the morning with what we assumed were supermarket deliveries but this can only be heard if you are outside. We didn't use the pool area as unfortunately there was essential maintenance in progress during our stay which affected the peace and tranquility of the space. However, we fully understand that this had to be completed and that the disruption is temporary. A great apartment for a holiday in Alvor, thank you Alice!

We enjoyed this place! The terrace is much more beautiful in real life. We were 5 adults and we had plenty of space! 3 bedrooms each with its full bathroom. We look forward to returning! Walking distance to the most beautiful beach and good restaurants. The host is very kind. Thank you Méguy:)

Gorgeous apartment with incredible views. Lovely short stroll to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Was perfect for our stay. Luckily not too cold as no obvious heating. Lovely bright and airy apartment with three generous bedrooms. The lunge was perfect for just the two of us but I am not sure how it would cope with 6 people but at other times of the year I am sure you will be making the most of the lovely outside space. Well stocked kitchen with all you could need (apart from maybe a cheese grater) thoughtful welcome gifts weee much appreciated. Luis was very responsive and we had no problems during our stay and we will happily stay there again.

Lovely apartment, loads of space and very comfortable. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk to fabulous restaurants and very walkable to the fabulous Praia Grande beach with its cafes and restaurants.

Bernard’s condo was fantastic, lovely surroundings, great amenities, pristine condition and loved the balconies. It is a 10 minute drive from Lagos. There are a few local restaurants not far away. Bernard was a very responsive host. We really appreciated that. Definitely need a car. We will come back. Thank you Bernard.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great and walkable to the Old Town as well as the Marina. We would stay here again. Che kin and Checkout were seamless. Close to a grocery store, spacious patio.
