We spent a very pleasant week in Gudrun's apartment in Greifswald. The apartment is modernly furnished and offers plenty of space for two people. The amenities are above average. We enjoyed the wonderful direct view of the port, as well as the quiet and beautiful surroundings with the many colorful Nordic-style houses. At the same time, you can quickly walk to pretty old town. In addition to a yoga studio and pretty cafes, this also offers various individual small and larger shops for browsing and shopping. Highly recommend the nearby zoo. All in all, it was a very nice holiday, thank you very much!!

We were very pleased with the apartment and the hostess! 🥰 It is very stylish and has all the accessories you need to feel at home. We felt very comfortable with toddler and dog and were allowed to book accessories such as high chair and bed. The apartment is very well located! Short distances to the beach, promenade, aquapark and various restaurants. Parking is affordable right outside the door. We mostly moved around by bike as there are so many bike paths and we were able to connect the bikes in the courtyard. We would love to come back! ☺️👍

We immediately felt very well taken care of in the modern interpretation of an old building. It was all very innovative mixed so that the old-build charm was very well underlined and also the modern elements had their right of existence. From the living room you could look directly at the sea and gastronomy was also easily accessible with a very short path. To avoid the daily hassle of a parking space in the village, we were even able to rent a parking space on the grounds. We felt super comfortable in the apartment. We will be super happy to come back.

A place in a modern, new building with easy and safe entrance, elevator and parking in the building. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need. View of the river and the harbour - firecracker.

We had a very nice stay. The building is close to a great seafront promenade. The hot tub is pleasantly heated, which allows use in the evening or in cold weather, but the normal pool was too cold for us. A sauna is also available. We found the chairs at the dining table uncomfortable, but it was fine. The place was very clean and is very quiet. Parking is subject to a fee around the building (Saturday, Sunday free). Or for a slightly cheaper price per day in the underground car park (55 Sloty/day).

The apartment is modern and was very clean. The host was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The underground parking space, which belonged directly to the apartment was particularly convenient. The spa area is open until 10 pm, but we should have registered the sauna in advance, which was unfortunately not known to us. More detailed information in advance would have been helpful, as the instructions are only displayed in the spa area and exclusively in Polish. However, the staff on site were very helpful. In the low season it was pleasantly quiet, everything is within walking distance. However, hardly a restaurant was open after 8 pm. For the sofa bed there is an extra topper (in the bed box) for extra comfort. What we were missing in the living room were blackout curtains. The apartment is also somewhat clairaudient, which could be disruptive with noisy neighbors, as there are several Airbnbs in the residential complex. Overall nice stay & recommendation!

We stayed here for a few days with our 1 year old daughter. We had a great time. The beach was quick to reach and there was shopping right across the street. The place was very well equipped and clean! Danuta and Jens were very nice and always quick to respond to inquiries. A windscreen for the beach and an umbrella were also provided! Very quiet accommodation. Very modern furnishings and everything necessary is available. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We spent a week with a supervised adult group in the Klinkerhus - everyone felt very comfortable right away and we enjoyed the great garden, the wonderful terrace and the beautiful view of the Bodden, which was enlivened by plenty of cranes. The kitchen was well equipped and the possibility to sit together with many people at the dining table was something special. Shopping is in the next town and we were able to start a lot of excursions well from Polchow. The contact with Michael was extremely pleasant and in case of problems he came immediately and helped. I am happy to recommend the clinker house!

We had a perfect holiday here with our small dog. The property was completely fenced, which is of course very important with a dog. The private garden was already very large. In addition, there was a huge communal garden. Also, we had a beautiful view of the lake. A dream. Despite this quiet location in the middle of nature, you were in Binz within a few minutes. And had all the possibilities here. All other places were also easily accessible. However, you should not do without a car in this situation. The amenities of the house were really great. Absolutely nothing was missing from the kitchen. The house is very cozily furnished and we felt very comfortable here. The contact with the host was always very nice and you got a very quick response. So I can only give around five stars. We hope to come back soon.😊

Beautiful accommodation in a holiday home settlement with direct proximity to the harbor and Zickersian Alps. Check-in was straightforward and easy at the reception. There was also the possibility to use the fitness room and sauna.

The stay with Janin was really very nice. The house is directly on the sea and is very comfortably furnished. The sauna can be used very well for two. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. We had a wonderfully quiet autumn vacation there.

Really fantastic house with all the extras and comfort one can hope for. From an exceptional common area to the individual rooms with extraordinary good beds, this is perfect to spend a few days with friends or family. There is not much in terms of restaurants or such close by - the fish store at the harbor is fine - but two cities with nice old towns and harbours are close by, so there is stuff to do. But cars are not really optional. Still, this was fantastic, we will definitely be back.

The place is great for a group of friends and children. The pool was of course the highlight for the kids. The kitchen is super equipped. The location is right on the road, so small walks are difficult, but you can do a lot by car. Thomas was a great host and always available. There is nothing to complain about.

Dominik is a great host, always easily accessible and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is very cozy and beautifully located.

There were three of us, apartment was wonderful in size. Amenities completely fine! Everything you need. Very quiet with private parking. Everything in Peenemünde is within walking distance from here. Communication great!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

My stay at Elke's place was exactly what I needed! The view of the sea from the bed, as well as from the dining room. The pleasant cozy and clear atmosphere of the apartment. I felt at home. Thanks Elke for making everything so beautiful!

The stay was great. In the house there was everything to cook and feel good. Large rooms and relaxed location. You can walk along the large road and quickly reach the wonderful forest that leads to the beach. Of course, there is a lot going on in the main season and everyone wants to eat in the evening. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant was so crowded, despite the reservation we were sent away again or should eat individually, which was not so nice. But overall, you can only recommend the place and the place. Karla always responded quickly and was there for open questions. Thank you for everything.

Elke's Airbnb in Neubrandenburg is a must if you would like to be close to the historical city, the lake, groceries, a lovely neighborhood, place to walk in the nature, everything is super close. Also the apartment itself is well equipped, super clean, tidy, and comfortable, will return if we have the opportunity.
