Villa vacation rentals in Rancho Palos Verdes

This is an exceptional property, well curated with an Italian theme, spacious, with a beautiful patio, pool area, and landscaping. The owners are meticulous with maintaining the property inside and out, and there are features that go well beyond a typical rental property. They were happy to walk us through the poperty and show us all the details, and assist with any questions or issues. We were able to walk to the local grocery stores, parks, and coffee shops, as there are many options to choose from. The pool is incredible, especially for small children. The house is beautifully lit and relaxing in the evenings. It's a short drive to Dana Point, Laguna, and Newport Beach. We had an exceptional stay at this property and would not hesitate to return for an extended stay.

A 30min drive to Disney and a great amount of space for family for all of us to stay. Wonderful AIRBNB

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for our family to sleep and spread out. There was 7 of us staying in the home and it was very nice having 5 bathrooms to shower and get ready in. We did some cooking in the kitchen and everything we needed was there. On the weekend, there is a farmer's market just down the block within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably be staying again when we return for the next family gathering!

If you are looking for a five star amazing property in the Corona Del Mar area. Look no more. This property is the bomb. It sold me just on the beautiful amenities, but it also had the second bathroom, the washer and dryer and the designated parking spot. On top of all that, communication was awesome. A definite two thumbs up for this property and I will definitely be back .

Great place to stay!

Over all the space had plenty of bedrooms for everyone and it really helped having 4 full bathrooms. The beds we thought some were queens but definitely were not, but luckily only 1 person was sleeping in those 2 rooms. Over all, all rooms were very spacious with 2 master suites with king beds. Kitchen seating was very spacious with a nice backyard. Not much living space. There was only one living room. Not really comfortable for everyone to sit at once when it was raining outside. I do wish they had more comfortable seats for everyone since there is only 1 room where we all can sit. Location is a bit far. A lot of our activities were in Burbank and it took us 40-45 mins everyday to get there. LAX is about 1 hour and 20 mins unless you are traveling after 830 pm. Then it takes 45 mins. Burbank airport is about 40 mins without traffic. Warner bros studio is about 40 mins. I thought this house was a little closer to Burbank airport. But over all for 9 adults this house worked great.

Bobby was an excellent and responsive host! The space was great, and matched the description exactly. Any minor issues or questions were quickly addressed by Bobby. We would definitely stay here again!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s house in Irvine! The place was incredibly peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, offering the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Nicole was a wonderful host, providing everything we needed and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal, and the house had a cozy yet spacious feel. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches Nicole put into making our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

We were 5 colleagues on a busiinesstrip and had a great time at this house. Atmosphere, house and garden are wonderful. Also great for cooking and spending time in the huge kitchen (once you find out what is where in the infinite number of drawers :) ). We surely will come back when we'll return to LA.

Paula is a great host and the place was perfect. Everything is quality and so many “extras” - from welcome snacks to noise machines to laundry detergent! Backyard is a private oasis - such a gem. And the beds are sooooo comfy ❤️

Definitely the best hosts and well-priced for its location as there’s so much around. First stay but definitely won’t be our last one. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely worth checking out.

We had a great family vacation at this home! With four spacious bedrooms, a pool, game room, and firepit, it comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The house was well maintained and was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Disneyland, beaches, and other major attractions. Very proactive with instructions, including a call the day before check in. This was most helpful, much better than multiple typed messages. Assisted with HDMI cable connection to the smart TV in main living area, as it allowed us to connect our Roku, allowing us to not miss any of the Super Bowl broadcasts. Home was clean, pool and jacuzzi gorgeous. We will book again in the future.

Mark was very responsive to us, and we truly appreciated that. Although we had five adults and two babies, we never felt claustrophobic. The open living room, dining room & kitchen area lent itself to everyone comfortably being in the same place at the same time. The showers had AMAZING water pressure with continuous hot water, so that we did not have to stagger showers or postpone dishwashing, as we sometimes have to do at home! The weather didn’t cooperate for use of the pool or hot tub, but the back area is lovely and I’m sure most enjoyable. Comfy beds with extra linens, towels, and blankets are always a nice touch, especially after a long day at an amusement park. With ample cabinet space and cooking supplies, a family can make themselves completely at home preparing meals during a long stay. We would definitely come here again. The place fulfilled all of our wants and needs. Thanks, Mark!
