The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Very nice apartment arranged by an architect on the second and last floor of a building that was once a thriving brewery on the port of Dinan.
