Vacation rentals with a patio in Rânca

We spent 3 days at this location. It was exactly what we wanted -3 days in an intimate setting, great view, an ideal place to spend time as a couple,away from the everyday hustle and bustle. The "little cottage" is adorable, with a special charm, extremely clean, well organized, equipped with everything you need from the coffee machine, electric stove, toaster, dishes to a comfortable bed, clean sheets, fluffy robes and a spotless bathroom with a spacious shower cabin considering the size of the cottage. The strength piece of the accommodation was the hot tub that could be accessed at any time for free, being heated beforehand at the time set by us by the hosts. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, always attentive to our needs. They offered us alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from the house. It was a pleasant experience and I wish to congratulate these 2 wonderful people for everything they were able to do in their orchard! Thank you for your hospitality!

Such a peaceful apartment in a beautiful location. The garden was a wonderful place to relax and eat dinner. Rasinari is a quaint village with character. Nicolae and her family are great hosts.

A true dream getaway! Ever since we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who made us feel great. The food was undoubtedly savory ! We enjoyed delicious sausages, fresh eggs and vegetables along with delicious homemade pancakes. Every meal was a culinary revelation, cooked with fresh ingredients and full of flavors. The cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, having everything we needed to feel comfortable . The cottage is gorgeous and very well maintained which adds to the comfort of the stay . The cleanliness was exceptional. Everything was sparkling clean, and every nook was carefully cared for. Highly recommended and the Owners deserve all praise for their dedication and attention to guests. No doubt, we'll be coming back !

My friends and I we’re profoundly impressed by Marci and Nicoleta’s hospitality, positive attitude, and helpfulness. The place was amazing, the hot tob and sauna divine, the food that Nicoleta prepared for us out of this world, and Marci was always available to help us with the fire and everything else we needed while giving us the space we needed to unwind and relax. We went hiking in the hills surrounding the cabin, and it was a great challenge. Hint: definitely try out the local alcohol that’s homemade by the family and I promise you, you won’t regret it.

Nicu's house is one of these places where you feel you'd be happy to live if you were living in the country you're visiting! It's a beautiful, large apartment with fabulous mountain views and modern furniture and equipment. It has two balconies, with the largest one being a very nice place to hang with friends / family. Cleanliness was perfect and guidelines sent by the host made our arrival very easy. Besides, do not let yourself discourage by the fact it "looks" far from Sibiu's center on the map: we reached Sibiu's center in less than 20 minutes by bus, buses are running very regularly and until quite late (about 23:30), so location is also good.

We were 2 families with children and enjoyed our stay a lot. I would come back anytime... You say it is near Petrosani but you feel like you are isolated in a small mountain village.. the big yard allowed the children to run in one..and the stream that passes by the cottage is something dreamy...In the cottage it is cool, cozy, beautifully arranged, clean and beautiful. The view from the kitchen window with the ridge urges you to wash as many dishes as you can 🤣 The rooms are up stairs, so, we sleep children and relax downstairs in the living room by the fireplace...I think this fireplace is a marvelous in winter ☺️ The bathrooms are clean and modern arranged. The owners put their heart in the cottage!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The space is beautiful, calm, and close to everything. The highlight was the cozy little backyard – perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing after a long day, and the BBQ was a great bonus. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

Andrei's place was superb! A beautifully decorated space, very clean and with all you need for a perfect stay! Easy to find a parking spot! Communication with Andrei was easy, he is very responsive and very welcoming! Would recommend 100%!

Ovidiu is an excellent host, responsive, available, taking care of his guests. As soon as we booked, we were offered various activities in the area, the instructions for accessing the accommodation were clear, the heating was turned on for our arrival , nothing to say. As far as the space is concerned, it is clean, very nice, in line with the photos and listing . Not insignificant small downsides, coming to this cabin , we expect to be lost in the middle of nowhere , it must be emphasized that there are two roads 20 m away that surround the accommodation , but which are very uncrowded. Another concern , the neighbors build a house 1 m away that damages the charm and the feeling of solitude that one comes to look for. From the inside, the construction is not visible which is not disturbing, on the other hand in the garden you only see that. Otherwise, we had a great time with friends at Ovidiu's, we recommend it.
