Our 2 families had a great stay. Nice weekend getaway, close to our boys’ basketball tournament. Lots of room for 8 of us and if felt like home!

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

This was an amazing getaway, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the heated pool, especially for how cold the weather has been. The deck that wraps around the house is beautiful as well. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely love to come back, thanks for a great stay!

Extremely beautiful historic farmhouse! Went on a family vacation and felt like we were in an oasis! Extremely clean home and clean and smelling wonderful linens and sheets. Felt like I was staying at my grandmothers house. Tina and Todd were only a text away but we also felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Gettysburg battlefields and downtown only a 10 minute drive. Really wonderful place and worth every penny. Cows were adorable and while they were vocal on our first night, we did not mind. Ear plugs were provided in case they got too rambunctious! Only regret is not asking to have the pool opened because it got up to 80 one day but next time we stay here we will be sure to bring bathing suits!

Wonderful experience in the peaceful countryside. Spent time on the patio, enjoying the yard, and watching the horses. The family that owns the property was friendly and kind. We saw a beautiful bald eagle at sunset that was the cherry on top to a lovely weekend away!

Everything about this listing is a 5+ stars! The owners/hosts, Kris and Lee, are not only friendly and professional, they are very responsive to questions and the one issue we had with a running toilet we couldn't fix got fixed immediately upon our letting them know. This home is beyond amazing! The level of detail and love poured into each and every room of this ultra modern farmhouse creates a warm and inviting stay...all 10 of us said many times that we didn't want to leave...EVER. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to make all our meals. The swimming pool, hot tub and pickle ball court were just what our crew needed to relax and have fun outdoors and when weather turned rainy the lower level with ping pong, pool, air hockey, etc. was the next best thing. The property is peaceful and private and yet only around a 10-15 minute drive to major grocery stores and restaurants. We would all stay hear again in a heartbeat!

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house is just as nice in person as the photos and had everything needed to keep two kids entertained on a bad-weather day of our trip. The house is close enough to Gettysburg to just pop over but far enough out to have peace and quiet at the end of the day. We loved the basketball hoop that was height adjustable for little kids and all of the games found in the garage. The pool wasn't open yet but I imagine it would be spectacular in the summer. Logan was a super friendly and responsive host and I would definitely rent from him again.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at Todd’s for a visit to Dutch Wonderland. It was fantastic. The house is unique and beautiful. Great movies, games, coffee table books. My kids loved playing in the basement. My husband loved playing great tunes on the record player. It was too cold for us to spend time outside, but in warmer weather the back yard would be amazing. Todd was very communicative and made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay!!! Very convenient to different places and very quiet at night!!! Kathryn was very responsive and helpful when asked questions. Bedrooms were spacious and the place was spotless!Each family member had their own bedroom. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Our entire family agreed that Kristina and James' home was perfect for our stay. It featured separate bedrooms for each family, ensuring that everyone could sleep peacefully. The spacious downstairs area provided an excellent play space for the kids, allowing adults to relax without interruption. The large kitchen was ideal for cooking and dining together. Even with the cool weather, several adults enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub. James and Kristina were quick to respond to all our requests, which made our visit even more enjoyable. If we ever need a place to stay in York, Pennsylvania, this will be our first choice.

Great spot for a family of 4 and two grand parents. Lots of space for everyone who wants to do their own thing inside the house. Plenty of privacy in the cul-de-sac and within short walking distance of the bakery.

Our host was very supportive and helpful in accommodating our needs. My family will definitely be staying at this location in the future.

The location of the house was perfect! We loved our stay and the kids appreciated the sandbox, swing set and the toys in the basement. We did run into an issue with the code not working on the door but it was rectified after messaging the host. Overall it was a great stay!

Our family stayed here for a night during an educational visit. Debbie was very welcoming and helpful. The vibe of the space is more of a youth retreat set up, instead of an apartment type, but that was perfect for our kids and this visit to Gettysburg. We didn’t get to explore the grounds but the area was so peaceful and beautiful. One thing that stood out as exceptional was the tremendous number of blankets, pillows and towels available. There was WELL over the number needed to accommodate people staying. Normally, places have just barely enough, but Debbie’s place far exceeded our expectations in this area. Definitely worth staying here!

We had a wonderful time at the farm! The house looked exactly like the photos, and the kids absolutely enjoyed getting up close with all the different animals. The place was spotless, and our host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need, from restaurants to playgrounds for the kids. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our future trips!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lady Grey Cottage. It is a lovely house in a very quiet neighbourhood that has been updated tastefully, with thoughtful amenities. Peter is a wonderful host - very responsive and attentive. Thanks so much!

Great place really near Lancaster East area. There is a target close by and tons of other stores to get what you need. It’s close to Bird-in-Hand and Dutch Wonderland. It felt very central to us and we could have walked to Target if needed. The house is great. It’s comfortable and has a lot of great space. The kids really loved the playroom and it was easy to let them run around after moving a few decorative breakables out of the way. The couches are comfortable for a family movie night and the kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need to make a great dinner. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and cozy. We would definitely book here again!

The house was just as in the photos and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. Christopher was responsive when we had issues with the WiFi and got things resolved for us. I would highly recommend the Hetty house!

The host was very responsive, the home is spectacular inside and well worth the stay. It wasn’t an issue for us as we only stayed one night and wasn’t at the house that much but there is a campground that joins the back yard. My kids enjoyed watching the Amish go by on their bikes and horse and buggy’s. We would stay again if we return to Lancaster and I’m sure we will.

This home was great for our mixed group of adults and kids. there was plenty for them to do between pool, video games, and they even played some waffle ball outside. We did have an issue with the dishwasher not working, but Karl was kind enough to allow us a late checkout which left me with the time to hand-wash what was in the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this home.

Had a wonderful stay! What a cool place with unexpected touched in every corner — toys for kids, hair tools, coloring supplies and an art wall! East check-in, super proactive communication, and a GREAT location for the festival of races weekend. Would love to come back sometime!

Sue and Matt's home was a wonderful escape. The home is spacious and clean with many comforts of home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was fresh homemade yogurt and granola in the fridge which we enjoyed for breakfast. It was the best vanilla yogurt I've had in a long time. The home is a nice retreat to disconnect surrounded by many family owned farms. On Saturdays, the farm across the street has a small roadside stand where we purchased delicious treats and fresh bread still warm from the oven (go early - they open at 8am). Matt and Sue were very attentive and helpful when we had a small issue with the door lock keypad. Linda, who helps maintain the home, is so kind. She came to help and waited with us until Matt arrived to check the door. We are grateful for all their hospitality. We enjoyed our weekend sharing stories and laughter in this beautiful home, and can't wait to come back again. Thank you Sue, Matt, and Linda!

This cozy storybook cottage was just perfect for us. It had everything we needed and honestly was much cuter than the pictures. Plenty of hot water and towels. Love the slate roof! It was just us two but would be perfect for two couples. My husband was in town for a conference in Eden and it was a perfect location for us, bonus points for letting our terrier come along. It rained a lot but we still had an enjoyable time. Area backs up to a golf course, yards in this neighbor are so green and beautiful. No sidewalks, but not much traffic, so still easy to walk the dog. We went to the Central Market on Sat. Very nice! My favorite thing was just driving around on the curvy, hilly beautiful countryside, stopping in small markets ran by the Amish. Great flowers/plants! Amazing desserts. Our favorite place to eat was Gracie’s on Main about 15-20 min away, Very casual. I would definitely stay here again. I know the autumn must be spectacular! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
