I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely holiday apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing.The location was fantastic close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough to ensure a peaceful night's rest. Mujeeba was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent choice for our holiday, and I would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We chose Sanira's apartment as our place to stay while we worked on our wedding arrangements since it was at the center of Colombo and made it easy to travel to our vendor appointments. The place was impeccably clean, tidy and modern, which are all extremely important to my wife and I. The only problem we encountered frequently (which isn't a reflection on the host) had to do with the building's security. They've made it unnecessarily strict and complex to the point where it almost felt like they were constantly interrogating us and our guests, despite having stayed at this place for almost a month. Besides the few altercations that we had with security during our stay, this was an excellent pick and we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!

We loved staying in this flat. It is above the 30th floor. There are floor to ceiling windows in every room with incredible views of the city, the sea, the Lotus Tower the parks and the reservoir. Wild White Bellied Sea Eagles circle and soar infront of the windows every day. There is air conditioning in every room which all works great. The gym / fitness centre is really well equipped with good AC. The infinity rooftop pool is a nice temperature with truly breathtaking 45th floor views of the whole city. Both the gym and the pool are very quiet. We were the only people there everytime we used them. The host is also very responsive and helpful. Great broadband speed. Owner even replaced furniture especially for us. We will be back!

Enjoyed the stay at this beautiful two bedroom condo located in Colombo city center new condo complex. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for luxury accommodation in city.

Excellent location within 5 - 7 minutes walk to the Havelock City Mall with a great variety of restaurants and shops with international branded clothing. Excellent recreational facilities within the compound. The location is also easily accessible to the main roads connecting to Colombo suburbs cutting down on time spent on the roads when you want to get to a place. Dilrukshi was very responsive to our various requests and tried her best to accommodate and make our stay comfortable. I have made some suggestions separately to Dilrukshi which should make the future visitors even more comfortable. My wife, children and grand children (6 in all) had a very comfortable three weeks in this spacious luxury apartment. Thank you Dilrukshi.

VILLA 49 is a beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained property. I worked there remotely for a week, and the internet was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hosts, who live next door, were incredibly responsive and helpful. They welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and even made a brunch reservation for us and drove us to Colombo with our luggage on our last day—above and beyond hospitality! The property offers parking, and while the nearby traffic makes the town less walking-friendly, there are a few local gems worth exploring. It’s easy to call a cab and travel to nearby areas in 15–20 minutes. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

Highly recommended! Shiffan was a great host and gave valuable travel tips for the weeds trip in Sri Lanka. The apartment is as pictured, some maintenance work would be needed (sliding door, wardrobe) but totally fine for the price. Beach and restaurants within walking distance.

What can I say other than don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this exceptional home. I was doing some work in Colombo for two months and was fortunate enough to come across Chandi’s & Lucy’s place online. Photos can’t do justice to the true sense of calm which you experience as soon as you walk through the entrance door to the property which separates the garden of Colombo Retreat from the street (a quiet private road which runs off a busier street with a few shops/restaurants within easy walking distance). The property is all on the ground floor with a private garden for your own use which wraps itself around the space. Completely private. Inside the space is beautifully furnished with an easy blend of antiques and more contemporary Sri Lankan furniture. You know that this is someone’s home but you never feel like you are intruding. I could not recommend this beautiful home more. Finally, a shout-out to Asta (co-host) and Asuntha (housekeeper), both of whom were so attentive.

This was my third stay here and it was so good to be back home! and home is certainly what Pia"s beautiful place feels like from the very first moment of stepping inside. Everything is so very thoughtfully taken care of leaving you free to enjoy every precious moment of your stay. The genuine and warm hospitality and overflowing generosity from both Pia and Marisa, so enhances this feeling and experience. They are always on hand, always just a phone call, or, message away and nothing is ever too much trouble. Uthay’s place was the perfect spot for us to ‘nest’ as we waited for the arrival of our first baby. The kitchen was well stocked and there are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed spending evenings walking around Beira Lake and chilling out at the pool upstairs. It’s right next to Colombo City Center mall with plenty of restaurant options as well. We also loved the bathtub in the master bedroom, which is rare to find! Uthay was a very attentive host, checking in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely rent this airbnb again next time we come to Colombo!
