Super quiet and indeed cozy. I felt like home and could sleep 2 full cycles before my plane at 5:30, which is a big thing for me, given how difficult for me it is to go to sleep before an early flight. A walk to the airport at 4 am was a like in a fairy tale, 10 cm of snow, Christmas illumination and not a single footprint.

The location of the flat is very good, close to the central bus stop, airport and city center. The tram and bus stop is 5 min. away from the flat. The accommodation was clean, cosy and everything necessary was available in the flat. We had a very good time in this accommodation! Thank you very much!

very good and even offered us the entrance before what was very useful and in the house there is everything you need to cook, in general a very cozy house and even a little better than in photos thanks anneli for the attentions

Highly recommend this place. Have stayed here 2 times now and would definitely come back. Very cozy and I loved the big balcony and open views to the stadium. Apartment was very clean and felt like home. Communication with host was fast. Good location very close to the city center.

Perfect apartment for 3 people, enjoyed our stay. There was everything what we needed, very clean and with best location. Bus station was near by. Also walkable to every place we wanted visit. Wonderfull. :)

Very close to Tallin's bus station (about 200 meters). New building (I guess this is an apart-hotel), modern elevators, code entrance to the building. Apartments are very good-looking, clean, warm and contain everything you may need - oven, microoven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, TV etc. Good non-cheap furniture in the bathroom. The only minus - bathroom doesn't have an underfloor heating and any fan (or I couldn't find how to enable them). Also, when you take a shower - some shower splashes fall at washing machine. Not critical at all but strange. Owner was polite and have very clear instructions about check-in details. I could recommend those apartments.

Great place and location to stay in Tartu. Enjoyed the cosy lights, the fireplace, and the bathtub. Our kid didn't even manage to play through all the endless games around the apartment.

We were very pleased with our stay; quiet suburban quarters, playgrounds close by, clean and well equipped apartment, Helina and Jane were very friendly and helpful!

Iriana's place was very nice and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Very easy to find and Irina was gave me very good instructions. the location of the flat is fantastic. everything is withing walking distance and the street itself is very pretty. I had a wonderful stay!

Its a good place to stay if youre traveling with a group of people. It had enough space for everyone, even tho in pictures it looked like theres slightly more space. Not far from a store or centre, easy to walk tp there. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Close to the places I wanted to reach - KUMU, Kadrioru park etc. Tram station quite close. Some nostalgic feelings from those type of apartments built in 50-s last century, well renovated. Interesting instructions everywhere.

Andres was very friendly and welcoming. He offered to check in earlier at 13.00. The apartment is clean and cozy. Everything was needed: towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, iron, etc. There is free parking next to the house. 25-30 minutes walk to the center, by Uber - 10 minutes - 3.5 euros. Wifi was fast. Me and my friend stayed at Veronika’s place for the weekend and everything went so smoothly! Veronika was very flexible with the check-in, met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. She was very friendly and welcoming, even though we didn’t have mutual language. The apartment was very peaceful, it looked exactly like in the photos and the location was especially perfect! Also very good price!
