Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Whole house and yard/20 min train to Old Town

The house is the closest vacation home to the old town of Tallinn. In just 20 minutes train will get you to the hart of Tallinn. Guests can enjoy the historical Tallinn in the day time and sauna and grilling in the house at night. The house has big yard for children to play around, big balacony to take sun and Pirita river just next to the house for swimming. For children we have some toys, playstation, board games and more. Apartment near airport & center

A comfortable 1-room apartment with one bed (width 120 cm) and a pull-out sofa (width 140 cm) is located 1.5 kilometers from the airport and 3 kilometers from the Old Town of Tallinn. The beautiful Kadriorg castle and park are also 1.5 kilometers from the apartment. Next to the apartment building (300 meters) is the Sikupilli shopping center, which is open 24 hours a day. Parking around the house is free. There are both bus and tram stops near the apartment building.

Having gone to the park, you can walk along the embankment to the old town; the walk to the old town takes about 35-40 minutes. In this peaceful place, you can relax with the whole family. The stairs both upstairs and downstairs have safety gates. A gazebo next to the house that is good to go in the shade from the rain.
