Goats and Gardens

Welcome! Located only 5 minutes from I-5, and 1.7 miles from the state capitol building, this accommodation is quiet and cozy. I have two goats and four cats who are often in the catio and are working on their people skills. *The cats do not enter the studio, so if you have allergies - no worries there.* The catio is attached to the main house. Let me know if you’d like to visit them there for coffee, homework, Zoom calls, or just a visit. The goats will often come to the fence to say hello.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. The Crofts -Katmoget

On a quaint country road with views of the Olympic mountains to the south and the Salish sea to the north you will find a 5 acre sheep farm that we call (with a nod to the Scottish tradition) the Crofts. Our Katmoget Croft is light and airy with high ceilings, quirky decor and windows on all sides that frame the pastoral surroundings. It features a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, comfortable queen bed, flat screen tv, starlink internet, and large patio/outdoor living area.
