Great centrally located space. Well stocked and comfortable. A little noisy at night and unfortunately this plaza is a favorite spot for party goers to relieve themselves. Walked out several times to men peeing in the potted plants directly outside the door. The smell was pretty intense.

The hosts were incredibly helpful with check in and communication was very good. Location is a great launching point for exploring Lisbon and just a few minutes from the train station that gets you to Sintra. It was a perfect space for my family of four (2 adult children)

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. We felt like one of the locals. Easy walk to all the landmarks and surrounded by restaurants and local bars. Very quiet location and slept well each night. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

Best airbnb we stay in Lisbon. The perfect location to do everything on foot, during the time we were there, we were without a car, so it was great to be near the metro. The apartment is spotless and complete. We really felt at home There is a very useful manual with food tips, sights, contacts. The only one to note is that for those with heavy bags the stairs can make it difficult.

Wonderful Airbnb! Spotlessly clean and with accommodating host who communicated early check in was possible, so super convenient for us as we were arriving earlier that day. Located in the city's oldest neighborhood, it’s surrounded by plenty of hills and alleys, perfect for hiking enthusiasts like us. Google Alfama neighborhood so you get familiar with surroundings. To access the Airbnb from the street where a school or educational institute is, you have to take a flight of around 50+ steps stairs or opt for the longer steeper path to carry wheeled luggage but without stairs. The space may feel small for larger groups but it is cozy and ideal for a couple. We always felt safe, whether walking late at night or early in the morning. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, we loved one locals go often about 3-4 mins away walking, great options all around! Absolutely RECOMMENDED!!!

Beautiful apartment, away from the main tourist area. well equipped, clean, comfortable and stylish. courtyard garden for breakfasts and the smokers. Rene responded quickly to messages. The main bedbedroom opens onto the living room, through double doors. One of the beds in the twin room is a bit smaller than a normal single. We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. There is extensive construction work going on next door to the apartment, which is noisy. Be careful as many of the local streets have dog poo on them, so you need to watch where you walk!

Very friendly host, good location. One can hear the doorbell of the central entrance to the building. The kitchen is tiny but as described. Nice overall stay.

We had a great stay here! The apartment is located on one of the busiest streets in the area so there was a lot to do and everything was easy to walk to. This place is easy to get to by train, bus, tram and metro.

Beautiful space right in the the heart of Lisbon. Miguel was an amazing host. We had an early arrival and a late departure, and Miguel was able to accomodate both so that we could make the most of our time in Lisbon. His recommendations were amazing each time. A fab place to explore Lisbon from- could get everywhere easily from the locations and we were given lots of recommendations of what to do nearby. Having a flexible checkout was also very useful for our late flights back. Overall great stay!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The living room area was small but we were out most of the days. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen very equipped. I would highly recommend this for people wanting to be in a cool and vibrant area of Lisbon.

Great location at the heart of Sintra. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Guest should be aware that there is no parking nearby during day time and that the stairs to the apartment inside the house are very steep.

The home is located in a great area of Lisboa with many dining options, coffee, shopping, pharmacies and grocery stores within a 5-min walk. As others noted, there is some noise from the local bars late at night, but it wasn't persistent and didn't keep us up thanks to the double-paned windows in the bedroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking apparatus, oil and spices. The host provides ample detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The layout of the apartment is great and provides nice separation from the living area and bedroom. Parking is secure and easily accessible by elevators. The host was responsive for the entire stay, starting from check-in through check-out. We would definitely stay here with our family again.

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

We really love our stay, the place is amazing. Walkable distance to some beautiful views of the city and restaurants near by. Public transportation very closed. We really felt we were home. We highly recommend and we love to go back in the future. Thank you for hosting us.

We were staying almost a full week with my wife and son. The hosts Ana & Jorge were super welcoming, helpful and supportive - one of the best experience we ever had on airbnb! Thanks a lot to Ana for the hospitality- we were feeling like at home! The apartment is very beautiful and has everything you need. The location is not in the most touristy center and this is so great - you have a great experience of calm and cozy neighborhood, with great small cafes, restaurants, and shopping mall nearby. Very easy to reach the touristic center and other must visit places like Sintra and Cabo da Roca. I highly recommend this option for your stay in Lisbon!

This is the second time me and my family stayed at Paulo's place because we had an excellent stay the first time around. With young kids its good to know in advance that I'm going to stay at a great place, plenty of space for the the kids to play around and also unbeatable area with super market literally just below, plenty of restaurants and bars, and the beach a less than 10 minute walk. Since I go often to Lisbon to visit family, it is good to know that we have an excellent and reliable place to stay close by.
