Tim is a very good host and communicate at first place with all the advance instructions. He is next door neighbour and provide local recommended places and acrivities that was helpful. He is so flexible about check in time and check out time.

Great apartment with everything you need for a place to stay. It’s very comfortable and well appointed.

Great place! convenient location to the beach and hot springs. Accommodation was clean, spacious for 4 of us and had a awesome spa bath in the master bedroom. Host was friendly and responded very quickly, highly recommend.

Margaret's place was clean and cosy. It's compact but it had everything we wanted for our stay. We were very happy with every aspect. Margaret is a perfect host who understands what guests need and is very responsive to every enquiry and need. We would definitely book again when visiting the Bellarine.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Our stay at Dune Beach House for our wedding anniversary was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings, we certainly hope to come back again and spend more time relaxing

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Loved staying in our group of six at Daniela’s house. Communication was seamless & Daniella’s instructions were easy to follow for check in/out. House is stocked with additional pillows/blankets to get extra comfy & lots of tea/coffee to use. Lovely stay 😊

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

Natalie’s place is gorgeous and perfect for a stay with family or a girls trip away. The outdoor area is lovely, we enjoyed our meals and board games out there. The interior is renovated and nicely styled. There is a bit of noise from cars passing by on the main road (only when you are outdoors or the doors are open), but visually it looks like you are in the middle of nowhere surrounded by trees. Location is really accessible to everything you would need on the peninsula. Would definitely book again. Thank you 🙏🏻

We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay.
