Vacation rentals with a patio in Queen Charlotte Sound / Tōtaranui

This was a very good place to stay in Blenheim. Beds were confortable and shower had good pressure. Only thing is that we had to wash dishes before using as it was stained. However, considering the price and what is provided, the place was perfect, I would consider going again in the future. Thanks Joanne

Debra greeted us when we arrived and made sure we settled in ok. All instructions were great, the garden is lovely and the apartment is well-equipped for cooking with many of the basics already there. Thanks a lot Debra for a great experience in your new place!

Beautiful, new apartment. Great communication. Wonderful location in CBD. Only issue was, particularly over the weekend, apartment building fronts two party pubs with outdoor seating. Either join them or bring ear plugs- it got loud.

Warren’s stay was great, very comfortable and lovely place to stay for a few days + the location was ideal to get the ferry and go on a wine tour! Bed was very comfortable and bbq was so handy :)

What a wonderful, peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Picton. Friendly, helpful and very responsive host (thanks Zane!). Up high so fantastic views of the town, harbour and surrounding hills. Everything was exactly as described and the hot tub was amazing after a long walk. Loved the decor, comfy beds and great shower plus fully equipped kitchen. Mabel the friendly cat was an added extra!! My husband, adult son and I enjoyed quality time at this lovely home for 4 nights. Bear in mind that it is a steep walk/ ride up the driveway so be prepared to put in the effort to get this amazing location. However, Zane kindly took our suitcases down to town for us when we left as he noted we arrived on foot.

Older apartment in a quiet location. Best suited to get to the ferry as quickly as possible.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. It looks newly renovated. It was very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We felt at home there.

A great find central to all that Nelson has to offer! We loved our stay at the River House. Spacious and well appointed home and a lovely garden, and walkable to so much. Highly recommend m!

Beautifully furnished; very well equipped and maintained; got everything we need.

We had a great stay, the place was cozy and a short drive from Picton town. The only thing missing was a dish cloth and tea towel to wipe the bench and dry dishes but other than that we had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and stay again

We needed a place to stay last minute and Mel really helped us out! We wished we had booked Bird Song Villa sooner as one night was not enough!! This property is so peaceful and lovely! We instantly felt right at home. The neighborhood feels very safe - quiet and very walkable. The house itself was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need! All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen are clearly labeled which was so helpful. Would absolutely recommend booking this home. We hope we’ll get an opportunity to visit again sometime! Very comfortable and tidy home, hosts put the fire on before arriving which was great. Impressive views and large home.

Comfortable home with good black out curtains, temperature control, and complete kitchen. Tania was very warm and welcoming host with personal touches and delicious offerings. We loved the garden. There were plenty for our little one to keep occupied indoors and in the backyard. We would love to stay again the next time we visit Blenheim!

A really beautiful spot to have a relaxing holiday. The place had everything we needed and more! The beach itself can be a little sharp with the oyster shells but there’s plenty of other good beaches just around the corner. The hot tub and the egg chair on the balcony got a lot of wear. It was a little bit too cold for the plunge pool but also a lovely spot by the pool. Claire was responsive and helpful getting us a new bottle quickly when we realised we were a bit low on gas for the bbq halfway through our trip. It was a great holiday and we would definitely stay again.
