Heinz place is just the best! wonderful location, great cleanliness and attention to detail. All the utensils etc required for a comfortable stay The pool was an added bonus. Heinz and his wife were so hospitable and gave good advice about trips. I can not recommend this place enough it is restorative and peaceful. Thankyou

lovely flat well provided for. check in needs to be arranged but this worked ok. great location overlooking the bay, great balcony but very noisy road when the doors are open so best enjoyed from inside. Definitely a good find .

Even better than in the photos. Truly incredible place. Great location, beautiful deck, good amenities, amazing view, clean, comfortable, private. Can't fault it. A thousand times better than the three-times-the-price resort down the road. Brett is great, super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice little batch to stay in! Clean and very well kept! We didn’t stay long to try out the area and it was Xmas day, but can imagine it’s great, as only 5 minute walk from the town! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Unit is exactly as pictured and close to everything. Kim provided very clear and easy instructions for accessing the building and secure parking. Spotless unit!

Tracey was amazing - organized an extra cot, was flexible about arrival and departure times to fit with our family event, and communicated brilliantly throughout the process. The place was clean and accommodated our family group of 10 well with games and toys to entertain the kids.

We had a fantastic six-night stay at this charming and well-equipped accommodation. The extras, such as homemade jam, fresh eggs, chocolate, and more, made us feel at home. The cottage is very spacious. It is surrounded by wildlife and a short distance from the Queen Charlotte Track. You can always stop off at the QC tavern for a drink. Ada was so kind that even assisted my husband when he was stung by a mosquito. Don't look further, this is the best place in Linkwater.

We had a great stay in this cozy home on the sound. Stunning views and a well stocked kitchen made it so we didn’t need to go anywhere. We walked to the Queen Charlotte track, enjoyed the comfy beds and meals on the front deck.

Kay’s place was incredible! The space, the views, the pool! Our family loved the paddling and wildlife as well (sting rays, birds, bioluminescence, glow worms). It was well worth the drive to get there (which was unique in its own right).

Very Beautiful place with wonderful scenery and kayak experience was outstanding . We really enjoyed the stay and moments.Only suggestion I would do is, when you charge $105 for cleaning fee, you should not put request to remove rubbish.
