This stay was a highlight - so grateful to stay so close to the Nordic ski trails, the old City, so many nice restaurants, and having a bus ticket was very helpful! Will definitely be back staying with them again!

We loved the camp. Neat and fresh. Everything we needed. The lake was right there! Beautiful! Reasonable drive to restaurants and other activities. Will be back!

We are comfortable at Joelle's… the cabin is simple, beautiful, comfortable, the essentials are there… the environment is splendid, quiet and rejuvenating… The eggs, the vegetables are delicious… It will remain one of our fondest memories of our trip to North America…

Nice cabin on a beautiful property. Cabin seems to be part of a lodge and not individually owned. There are several cabins and the one next to us used our parking space so we weren’t able to park as close as we would have liked. We arrived after dark and the property in general is not well lit so that made it difficult to find the cabin. The bar on the property seemed to be a happening place at night. Breakfast can be purchased in the lodge but service is extremely slow. Overall it was a nice clean place and it’s nice that the cabins are so close to the water just as pictured.

Loved staying at Anny and Eric's place in Quebec City! I went with my parents and partner and everyone loved the accommodations. Short walk to an area with a grocery store and some restaurants/cafes. Easy to get into old town using the bus system. Would stay here again! :)

Beautiful location for a quiet vacation. There are 2 suites, 1 upstairs and 1 down, with bedrooms (extra pillows), a full kitchen with all accessories needed to cook, laundry, dishwasher, etc. in the house. Great if you have 2 families going together. Our favorite thing was to watch the port ships go by. Amazing! Kayaks available to use as well. I do have to say there were quite a few spiders outside due to the environment. There is everything you need to make it feel like home.

SUPER CUTE AIRBNB 🫶 For a small weekend as a couple, I would highly recommend it. Very nice place, nice welcome, the room is super comfortable, the hanging bed completely magical. The view of the lake from the room is superb and you have a private terrace. The host takes the time to host us and is super friendly. You have access to the spa that is by the lake, really great.

We had a wonderful quiet stay in a beautiful environment. The cottage was perfect and Francis' welcome was very nice . In short, ideal to recharge your batteries! Our 3-night stop on our trip was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne's place, on the Gagnon estate, in a small studio perfect for two people. The accommodation was super well appointed and equipped, offering all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The area is beautiful, quiet and surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. We took the opportunity to hike to Mont Mégantic and cross country skiing on trails recommended by Suzanne. His tips have been invaluable for discovering the best places in the area! Despite our late arrival, Suzanne welcomed us warmly and took the time to give us many interesting suggestions. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a peaceful and well-located place to enjoy nature, feel free to book with her. We'll be back with pleasure in the summer!

Beautiful place to relax. Not too far from the city but still very quiet as a corner. The room is great with its lake views and private spa. Lots of things to do in the city of Shawinigan, and also beautiful hikes to do at the Mauricie National Park which is not far away.

Very nice welcome and beautiful house

After a long trip, we reached the apartment in the evening. It was invitingly warm, very cozy and we felt immediately welcome and at home. Many attentive details make the apartment extremely cozy, everything is available and very well equipped. In addition, the apartment was very clean. We had a wonderful week, thank you so much!

We had a pleasant stay. This is a perfect location, close to downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski slopes. We easily combined both activities!

We had an incredible stay at Eric and Anny’s beautiful three-story house in Quebec City! From the moment we arrived, Eric greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us a tour of our space, which included some amazing homemade treats. The upstairs area, where we stayed, was perfect for two couples—each with our own private suite and bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect as well. We could easily walk into Old Quebec in about 30 minutes, and Eric and Anny provided a fantastic electronic guide packed with local recommendations and useful information to make our stay even better. The attention to detail they put into ensuring we had everything we needed was truly impressive. Our hosts were absolutely lovely—always responsive and available to answer any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!
