The house is nice and very comfortable, large enough to accommodate a family of 10 without being cramped. The windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful river view. The exterior is well maintained and the grounds are private. Everything is very clean and the house is fully equipped. Our favorites in addition to the view of the St. Lawrence: the fireplace and the piano. We'll be back!

Great spot. cute house. beautiful location by the river. Nichole is a super host. If using as a base camp for snowmobiles it is almost a mile of road riding and neighbors walking or even driving by don't seem pleased.

We stayed there as a family one weekend. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home! The place is really welcoming, very clean and functional. I recommend it without hesitating. We'll go back.

We went with a few families to the cottage and we really enjoyed it. The view is beautiful and it was very quiet! Even though the weather conditions were not optimal we played board games and the children had plenty of space to have fun! Thank you & we'll be back for sure :)

We had a pleasant stay at Renée's! Although the accommodation is in the basement, it does not take away from the charm of the accommodation and the view there! A peaceful oasis that we greatly appreciated! We recommend it without hesitation.

The accommodation is aptly named! Beautiful sunrise over Quebec City and the St. Lawrence, accompanied by the song of the bustards. The view alone is worth the trip and the accommodation is very comfortable.

Wonderful view!! Perfect for a après-ski spa! The place must be pleasant in every season as it is equipped with everything to please.

I don’t know how to convey our delight and satisfaction with Bernard and Francine as our hosts. They met us at check in and spent a great deal of time going over everything and recommending sights, experiences and eating establishments. We felt so at home in their beautiful home and so appreciated their amazing hospitality. Thank you so very much. We will be back again and again!!!

We had wonderful 4 days at Yves place. Layout is very smart. Wonderful windows and light. Bed very comfortable. Happily cooked in the kitchen. It is well positioned to walk to the old city and along the St. Lawrence River. On the other side of the Marina is an urban garden with the most amazing veggies. We had wonderful neighbors during out stay in the sister house boat next to us. Looking forward to coming back.

Very good stay at Jean-Pierre's, the accommodation was very comfortable, because of the weather we were not able to enjoy the small terrace but in summer it must be very pleasant. The riverside is within walking distance for a stroll. Jean-Pierre responded quickly and was proactive. I would highly recommend it!

Claudia was super nice to accommodate us in our booking, the house is super equipped and clean A rare paradise to find, just two nights were not enough to enjoy this enchanted and magical place From the window you can see the lake and from the jetty you can directly access the water Don't miss this cottage.

Exceptional stay in winter in this very cozy and warm chalet. The view of the Saint Laurent is crazy and transforms every day . Access may seem complicated but in the end there is no problem and if the ice threatened to prevent us from passing our host immediately ordered a snowmobile. We recommend for the location! We stayed at Mario’s home during a snowstorm, and it was an incredible experience! The house and the view were even better than the photos—absolutely perfect for couples seeking a cozy getaway. Mario is one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met: very accommodating, flexible, and truly cares about his guests. The view of the St. Lawrence River was spectacular, even in winter. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape!

Small cottage very comfortable and perfect size for a couple. The landscape is fantastic and it is possible to hear the waves from the beach during high tide. Our stay at Cap aux Oies was perfect in every way. ZEN week in Cap aux Joies. Thanks both of you Jacques and France from Montreal
