Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Quartucciu

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's house! Alessandro sent us many great tips in advance and was always available. We were surprised with Sardinian delicacies upon our arrival. Check-in and out were straightforward. We were absolutely delighted with the location, view and amenities of the house. The house is 8 minutes walk to the beautiful beach - here too! Alessandro provided us with loungers and umbrellas, which is absolutely not self-evident. Shopping in the immediate vicinity if you need anything. We had a short time problem with the irrigation system, after a short contact with Alessandro, gardeners arrived 5 minutes later who fixed the whole thing. We were very, very happy and would come back anytime. We highly recommend the place to anyone! Thank you for this amazing time 🌞❤️

Marcello's house has allowed us to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beauty of nearby beaches both on foot and by car. The house is functional, clean and the double amenities are very convenient for families. Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Marcello's tips were a great help.

If you go there you have to make a lot of decisions all the time. On which of the four lovely terasses are you sitting today, in which of the good restaurants in the neighborhood are you going to eat, where on the beautiful long beach are you going to sit? However everything will be great and you will have a wonderful holiday here!

We had 12 beautiful days in the beginning to mid-October. The temperatures were between 22 and 27 degrees. Perfect to use the pool and surrounding beaches extensively. The beach at the house is just a longer staircase and a few yards away. In about 3 minutes you will be there. The other beach is about 1.2 km away. Walking distance in about 15 minutes. There is also a restaurant and a supermarket with cheese and meat counter as well as bakery. We could buy the essentials there. A cheap Lidl can be reached in about 30-35 minutes and is worthwhile for bulk shopping.

The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped. The location right by the sea is very special. The beach is wide and invites you to walk and climb on the rocks. It was great to see the flamingos at the other end. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Manuela’s place is the BEST! It has everything you need for a long term stay such as power adapters with usb ports, super fast wifi throughout the house, heaps of herbs and spices. Even books, games, scissors, and mosquito repellent. Being summer, it was super hot and humid and we relied on the air con during the day but enjoyed the scenic balcony during the evening. Both air cons work really well. The bedroom was very comfortable with excellent black out blinds and really quiet. Lovely neighbourhood, felt super safe walking at all times of day and night. Feels like residential living being away from the tourist section which really suited us for a long term stay. The Despar (grocery store) across the road was so convenient with really friendly staff and everything you need. Also walking distance from San Benedetto market and other excellent fruit and veg places. Manuela was so pleasant to deal with. Really responsive and even left us some goodies when we arrived. We spent 4 nights at Nicola's beautiful place. Nicola is a great host, always very responsive and attentive. He gave us restaurants suggestions and great instructions to make check-in and check- out a breeze. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and warm heart. It meant a lot for us, we felt like home! The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The big balcony is a bonus for both day and evening. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beaches, with great restaurants nearby, shops, and supermarkets. Secure parking and washer are a big bonus. Thank you Nicola for everything. We loved this apartment! Perfectly situated near the Marina district on a quiet narrow charming street and walkable to great restaurants. Handy supermarket a few minutes away. We ate breakfast every day on the deck! We had a few questions which Laurie and Nicola promptly responded to. We hope to be back in Sardinia one day!

I have stayed around the world and this place is number one in terms of how well it is equipped inside. Kitchen has top appliances and wonderful equipment for cooking and eating. The living room is stunning with a big table and big TV. Bedrooms are beautifully designed and kept. This was the most comfortable bed ever. The place was super clean and the host was absolutely amazing. Overall an incredible house to stay at and enjoy the wonderful city and the beaches nearby.

We loved our stay at Simonetta's place. As seen in the pictures we had a nice view over breakfast on the terrace. Keep in mind that - as you can see in the pictures - the apartment has a sloping roof so you can sometimes collide with your head. We were at the end of September and the pool was not heated and therefore also too cold to go in the water, even at 29 degrees. That was the only thing we were really sorry about. For the rest only positive; good communication with Simonetta, quiet and beautiful area, everything easily accessible (by car). Thank you Simonetta for hospitality!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

We stayed here for three nights. The apartement is spotless and the location is brilliant. Suited for two pax. Ylania responded quickly and was very nice to communicate with. Recommended for shorter stays. If you plan to stay for longer, I would suggest a bigger apartment.

Regan was a great host. We had a great time in Cagliari. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. We were there for 4 weeks and didn't miss anything. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace with a view of the sea and the port of Cagliari.

Rita was a fantastic host and I would highly recommend staying at her apartment. Rita met us at check in and showed us around the property. She gave us lots of information about things to do in Cagliari as well as where and what to eat! The apartments itself is lovely and spacious! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return again!

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.
